Okay so the rules are simple , The 1st person to spell 'arigato' in english wins.

Also on further inspection, i realised this isnt really spelling bee, its rather 'translate with the correct spelling bee.'

You spelt it right btw. The hiragana is a-ri-ga-to-u, but you pronounce the to-u as toh, so while it's technically arigatou, arigato is cool too.
