What have you been thinking about while pressing "NO"?
Would somebody please explain, I just don't get it...

One of the senators pointed it out pretty well.
New York is mostly inactive, out of its 1000+ population it was pointed out that only about 120 actually voted in an election, showing the real activity of the population.
Also New York only has a medium wood resource, if we were going to put a Q5 hospital anywhere it should be somewhere with a high resource area, seeing as Indonesia is definitely going after the high regions.
All in all New York was not a good place for a Q5 hospital.

Why dont you guys sell that hospital for us? Of course we will pay only half price, couse your country dont use them at all (~50 state and 3 q5 hospital?!)

With a 50 region country you should have AT LEAST 25 Q5 Hospitals and the rest Q4 and Q3's. That would make a significant difference in potential damage output from the United States, possibly into the millions of raw fire power.
