Join the new world

Greetings everyone,

An overview of my program:

1. Creation of an organisation, composed by 1 member of each great party (Top 5) and some representants from the population, which will do some research about the citizenship applyer and decides per vote if the apply gets approven or not. (Majority wins)
2. Updating the wiki pages of eBelgium or with themes referring to eBelgium, new tutorials.
3. More involvement of the congress, I must say the TW vote was a bit rash, but you can't change what happend. Now we need to change it for the future. More debates in the country, more involvement. The Congress has the real power, we were and are being voted to represent the population.
4. Increasing our international relations, maybe some meetings with other congress from other countrys.
5. Increase funding of services which are used by the majority of the population, citizen packs, etc.
6. Informing the population about what's going on in the congress and government. No more hastily decisions. An ignorant person is more likely to be manipulated then an knowledgeable person (I hope Google Translator didn't fuck up)
