POWER RANKINGS explained

Day 2,179, 02:21 Published in India India by Bharmal

Friends and Countrymen,

Ever since the POWER RANKINGS were first published, I have been bugged with lots of queries as to details regarding the calculation of these rankings. My article will try to explain the calculation of these Rankings in as much detail as possible.

Firstly, I chose to rename the Ranking Points to Player Power (to avoid confusion with Military Rank Points) and also everyone should be aware that the Player Power is calculated division-wise.

There are three main qualities of an individual player that are used to calculate the Player Power– Strength Points, Military Rank Points and Experience Points.

For Division 4, Experience Points are not considered

All of the three qualities are given a highest achievable value, which are –
Strength Points – 65,000
Military Rank Points – 2,000,000,000
Experience Points – 60,000 (required only till you don’t reach Div 4)

To calculate the Player Power we need to normalize all three qualities (viz. Strength, Rank Points and Xp) between values 0 to 1. The normalization is done using the highest achievable value for that division. The values mentioned above are applicable for Division 4.

For other divisions the highest achievable Experience points are –
Division 3 – 60,000
Division 2 – 25,000
Division 1 – 5,000
Experience points are normalized in the reverse order (i.e. from 1 to 0 and not 0 to 1), so that higher Xp gives lower Player Power

The Highest achievable Military Rank points is 10% of the next division (i.e. Highest achievable Military Rank points in Div 3 = 10% of Highest achievable Military Rank points)
The highest achievable Strength value is calculated so that it will give 400 Player Power in the next division.

The Player Power is then obtained as follows:
For Division 4 –
Player Power = 500*Normalized Strength + 500*Normalized Military Rank
For all other Divisions –
Player Power = 500*Normalized Strength + 400*Normalized Military Rank + 100*Normalized Experience Points

I hope the above description helps in understanding the POWER Rankings in a better way.

Just a reminder,
The highest Player Power achievable is 1000, which is kind of almost perfect. The motive for this POWER Ranking is to show an individual’s current situation with respect to others in the Division.

As per the analyzed data, it would be prudent to come to a following conclusion with respect to the Player Power:
Anyone who has a Player Power below 250 needs to concentrate on increasing their strength and avoid putting in damage as much as possible (RED)
Individuals having Player Power above 750 are fairly equipped to fight in battles. These individuals should be looked at for winning a given battle (GREEN)
Individuals having Player Power between 500 and 750 are also equipped to fight in battles but they might need support from other individuals to win the battle (YELLOW)
Rest of the individuals (having Player Power between 250 and 500) should mainly focus on increasing their strength and giving support to individuals above 500 Player Power in battles (WHITE)
Note – Winning a battle is not the same as winning a BH

The POWER Rankings are not inclined to disrespect any individual and are mainly focusing on each eIndians strength and weakness. It is just an indication of where an individual stands. The choice of fighting in the battle finally rests on the goals that the individual has set for themselves.

The Updated POWER RANKINGS for all four divisions will be published in my following article.

Till then ALL THE BEST to one and all in eWorld

Bharmal
