I am not convinced that this is so important to us, and after all the citizens should and will democratically decide on this matter, no need for such silly blackmailing from your side.
I always do give as much as I can, the NE would give us 10% extra damage.

It's totally normal if things have changed in between. It's totally normal if time has passed since.
