Well what can I say other than a huge thank you to everyone! As promised I will not seek re-election. Anything more than two terms at a time is greedy in my opinion, its time to allow some new ideas to come in and for me to take a rest of course. These last two months have been great, although not completely smooth sailing I would say that Norway has done very well.

Some of the highlights....

Nebula
My first few days in office saw us leave Nebula, one of the most ineffective alliances this game has ever seen. Lets leave that there.

Training War
We had yet another successful TW with our ally and old friend Russia. It was very profitable for many people on both sides and allowed us to finally get some more, BHs and TP medals. I was only less than 11million from reaching 1 Billion in damage for Norway!

Norway had been without a war for a very long time so I was glad we were able to work out an arrangement that suited both nations. Not only was this profitable for citizens, but it was a great opportunity to work with our friends once again. We worked very closely together and our relationship has grown immensely from this experience.

Quizes
I hope I brought a little extra fun to the game for some people by bringing in The Norwegian Quiz which saw our very first winner ever take home $500NOK as the grand prize! I will try to do more of these every month as well.

Norwegian Strike
As well we got together and held the first Norwegian Strike since Ive been here at least. We were collaborating with the Netherlands for a while on this but after it looked like the timing was never going to be right we did it by ourselves and invited many friends. Many of our allied friends joined in on the fun including Australia, Sweden, Russia, Czech Republic, Netherlands and Brazil. Our IRC room was hugely active for the day and we did around 700-750million damage altogether. We showed that Norway is not to be trifled with! I believe this is the stepping stone we needed to start reforming our military.

All in all I think it will be alright to say we had a successful couple of months. As well we finally got some new blood into our government with new appointed ministers such as our amazing and very talented MoFA for the last two terms Zinitus! Also we had Russel of House Flory and Mr Blastoise. although he suffered an injury and had to leave the game for a while. On top of all the new citizens taking part we also seen some of our older citizens return or getting more interested in politics and helping out. So all in all our activity went up!

I will be taking a little time off as I will be flying home to visit family for the holidays, however I will remain active in government hopefully. I have been guaranteed a spot as Prime Minister and MoF by one candidate.
