Manifesto for Congress

Dear readers,
I wish to apply for congress elections from Kaliningrad for the Dark Empire Party. I am not a real life Russian but i have lived here for almost three months now and now i feel attached and homely here so i decided to run for Congress if it didnt hurt you all. To know about my goals for the term, they are as follows-
1) To be active congress member and vote on all proposals.
2) To keep Russian interests above all at all times.
3) To work for the welfare of Russia and its citizens.
4) To ensure that each and every citizen gets a good job.

I have previously worked at various top positions in eIndia but i have migrated here due to some differences with the way things are being managed there.
I hope to find a second home here.

If the party wants, i can move to some other region too.
