Ok lets go through some plants we can place here:
Duranta Gold
yes Duranta Gold will help us to form topiary and as well as hedging.
Commonly called pigeon berry a native of the americas they are frost hardy to USDA zones 9 to 11 which is not very good. They die back but apparently do not die out totally.
My rating in a USDA zone 5 area is therefore 5 out of 10 as there maybe some issues with frost.
My next selection is
Clytostomia callistegoliades
Nice looking vine it blooms mainly in the spring.
Frost Hardy to zone 9 to 11 but people recommend it for its bloom so Im gonna give it a 3 rating .
And finally lets add a tree
the bergkiepersol or South African Cabbage Tree. This is a nice ornamental tree.
Ok hardiness could again be a issue oh well. I have heard now from people they die back a bit not out. So Ok Leave your comments below:
