Some ass kicking music...

It's time for a real article because my last one sucked.



First, let me say thank you to everyone that helped me with my last article. It has recently become my primary objective in eRepublik to get a Media Mogul Medal. People showed up in force to help (and to get free stuff), and it has been a great start to my MM project.

For those of you who subbed my paper, and are still waiting for supplies, you will get them, I just haven't gotten to send all of them. It takes quite a while to send over 1000 tanks.

Ok, from here...We're on to new important things.

HAPPY ELECTION DAY eAMERICA



As we all know, Unity sucks.

As I've said recently, unity is a messed up system. While there are efforts going on to fix this system, the honest truth is that the system will never fully work. We will always run into issues with a meta-based election. There is no unity system that will not either a: Give larger parties a disproportionate representation at the expense of the small parties, or b: Give small parties a disproportionate representation at the expense of the big parties. There will never be true balance with any form of "unity".

There is however an issue with disbanding unity, and that is the AFA. While unity is a bastardized system, it does serve its desired purpose. Unity was built as a way to quell the PTO threat posed by Ronald Gipper Reagan and the American Freedom Alliance. Let's be clear, unity has done this job fairly well to this point. The AFA's congressional vote percentage has been (other than this month) on a steady decline, and they are yet to come close to winning the CP elections....

These two ideas bring us to an issue, how do we do away with unity, when it is such an important system for the safety of our country....the answer is simple....

Today, we have the chance to fight for our rights. We have the chance to simultaneously shake off the shackles of the PTO, and our unity system. There is a contender for AFA PP who could change the entire dynamic of the eUS. His name is stewy.

If stewy is elected as AFA PP, we will no longer have a PTO party in the top 5. We will no longer have Serbians being elected to congress and bringing in more PTO'ers to help their cause...We will also hamstring the efforts of the AFA, and render them much less relevant to eUS politics.

If the AFA is no longer an issue, there will no longer be any use for our current (or any variation thereof) unity system.

Bottom line is: If you are willing to vote for stewy, and help him win AFA PP, you help us move toward free, fair elections for the first time since November of 2012.



One last note for my Feds...

Today marks the end of my term as Fed PP, and I would like to thank all of you for the opportunity you gave me. I had a blast this month in spite of the issues we faced, and I love any chance I have to serve this party. The Feds have been my eLife ever since my first day, and they will be till my last. I love you all, and am immeasurably proud/horny after this month.

That's it for this article, sorry for the tl;dr. I hope that you'll all see the importance of defeating the AFA this month. It is honestly the most important thing in this country...more important than petty conflicts and butthurt...I just hope that tomorrow we will stand one step closer to being a free country.
