To tell me this is the TCU gave it little thought.
To be able to help all players regardless of division and the level at which they are.
For example:
IA has 151 soldiers
Let the calculations say that there are 70 active.
If every player donated a minimum of 5 per month (more how anyone can afford) gold at the expense of IA or some such to be made. Monthly account would be 350 gold would be giving players to elevate TC, factories, or you take out a contract for training. If the limit for the division eg put the 30 gold that someone can get max per month. That would be 11 people per month received the necessary funds to improve their game.
The distribution of gol😛
Conditions to be:
- If you've got gold this month, the next two months at least you can not get it
- You must leave evidence for the upgrade to be made
- Active players who take part in it would be decided who would receive gold
I think that anyone would not have a problem to donate 5 gold per month

This is a good idea, and certainly possible.
It would have to be done completely voluntarily as a group investment/funding project, maybe even independent of just the IA. Folks shouldn't have to pay in order to be a member of their own national MU - but for those who are willing and able the idea you've put forward would be a real benefit.

It's not impossible, but I think it would be better with a private MU, such as CrOmega than the IA.
Maybe then the Dail would make better choices on the income from the bad deal we got from the eUSA....
why prive MU, that would be on voluntarily base, but the gold will recive members who donated

The difficult hurdle is the 10g limit per day.
After collecting 350g, it will take 35 days to to get it all to the hub player to upgrade the factory.
Maybe use the fund toward minor upgrades for all players. A MU could work on getting each player enough FRM/food production to self-sustain the health they need per day. Then the cc budget of the MU could focus only on weapons.
I think the solution to this might be:
When a decision is made about the citizens who will get the gold in three days everyone send his part
Citizens can't receive more than 10g per day from all sources combined (donations and MM). Once the person gets 10g from one donor, nobody else can give him any until the next day. You could convert to cc, and donate, but he can't transfer the cc to gold, until the next day either.
The only way to get more than 10g on any given day, is to win a gold reward from a medal, or purchase it with RL money.
I was thinking more like this (30 gold per citizen):
1 day is agreed who get gold
2 day send first 10 golds
3 day send second 10 golds
4 day send third 10 golds
ofcourse citizens would need to save gold couse that is immpossible to do when TC or comanys are on sale.
So we send gold and then they wait until tc or company is on sale.
But most immportant this will work only if citizens which recived gold continue to donate gold.
Commune MUs should cooperate like that to raise the effectiveness of the whole unit.
As I said, I like the idea for helping member s with small personal upgrades. It's probably not a good idea for major upgrades. It would take months to get the gold to one player for a Q7 factory. Most communes have a few gldbuyers who are willing to allow use of at least a portion of the factory to be used by the group.
I'm always to sit down and talk about it, If citizens agree to this we can work all together what to do, every help is good. Gold, food, weapons everything is good.
But I belive if we do this that we will be stronger as a unit, country or party. All depends on what level will we do it

problem is who gives and who receives. if everyone gives everyone cannot receive classic stokvel we all give and 1 person receives . Rather base it on a percentage then you will have a bigger pool. still same problem though.
I was thinking like this if we collect 350 gold per month from 70 players,
everybody say for what is needed and we all chose 5'7 players who will get it. So 350 gold will be divided among 5-7 players or how m,uch we agree.
In few days I will write another artical whit more detiled info of this.
