Join the new world

Today our President has spoken in public after a very long time. I feel very privileged for him to do this interview with me today. I have asked all of Israel to give me questions for him and Israel has provided. The following interview is a mix between my questions and the questions of his fellow countrymen. I want everyone to keep in mind that Naor's first language is not English and I thank him for doing this interview for all of you.

Me: You have done so well with the country! What would you say is the secret to your success ?


Naor: well, I am work hard, first I made group that connect on game, and in whatsapp, this is lead so we will can help each other when its hard, when we are on attack, and when need, second, I made a group that more active, and can invest more to successes by themself,so they you make group that include 7-10 ppl that do what need to do any day, you are basically increase 25% from our action CS(mybe more?), and they action for long time.

Me. What would you say is the hardest part of your job?

Naor: there is a lot of hard part, the hardest to me is managed all with life, time to time, you need investe 1h that more effective the 24h in other time(like in start of event so any one will know what he need to do).

Me: What would you say is the most pleasant part of your job?

Naor: connection with player from the world, I don;t like to do it in game mail, but in our orion group, or even other groups, I like it very much.

Me: If someone were to replace you as President who would you want it to be?

Naor: to be honest? its not really matter, my job as CP is only open wars, he will need to trusted that he will not run in middle of month so we will not stuck without wars(any country that ISR will have there TW, will ask IST to leave them), and he will need to becarefull with shouts and etc.

Me: What makes you keep going after all of this time?

Naor: to be honest, its hard, its very Sisyphean work, but I know that most of it, I will keep do after it too, no one have the point view on events and how to earn from them EB&ranks, no one think how to earn from them, for example, in last carrots event, 4-5 of our guys made more then 1 rank(complete rank,10BN rank points), not include me and Razor, before it, no one get, for me its result of 1 year work, we took care that our tanker have TW, and they farm 20gold/day in TP battle, they keep to save EB and not spend them, we saw EB farming in last anvisrary to,

I am think that no one else have the time, and point view to think on that, I tried before develop ppl for that, but its hard, first they will need to be with high str amount so they will can join to war, and feel how its real war, if you don't pay the price, you don't care go to wars, and some one else pay the prices in EB/gold/lose TW, second he need to be with some Exrice in game, to see how other countries use in events to farm EB in events, how they use it, and learn, and he need to be cool with most of ppl in all world and know how to talk(and I am not talking abount english skills, most of ppl not talking English well), and offcurse he need to want it, this is for CP like I am, some one that really organize the country, not think that some one even close for that.

Me: How do you feel about immigration? Do you feel goyim are welcomed as much as Jews?

Naor: well, I will start in that, you don't see a lot of Jewish/Isralian guys in all other eWorld, I think there is only 3 active Jewish that not in Israel, therfore, eIsrael have to be save place for all of them, not matter what, I have experienced racism from other people in the game, some of them leaders of states and alliances in past, so I have to keep on eIsr for Jewsih/Israelian ppl, if non-israelian/Jewish fell unwellcome here? well we entered GBR&Hladen GBR leave the game, and as he was here, he got full right and attitude like any one else, also Hladen, the only thing that I think they don't get its msg in whatsapp/telegram notes about things, this is because they don't want it.


Me: How come you have not writen an article to the public in a long time?


Naor: with all the respect for articale, this is not mean that things work,I preffer that things will work, give ppl method to earn ranks&EB&gold&CC, and they will do it then spent 4 hour on articale, but beside, any one that worte me, got response, even then I am studen, work& volunteer in same times.


Me: Why do you not have all of the minister positions filled regardless of the amount of people who are willing to fill them?


Naor: well, in past we had ministers that made problems, said to fight for worng side, made wrong articles(for you eyes only: like your articles about "greece and they bring to world" that we almost got 5 AS because of that), so why? most of time I need to run after them, I prefer invest that time in something else then that.

Me: How come you take the Minister of Finance in your own hands despite the fact Israel has always had a Minister of Finanace in the past for checks and balances before your regime?

Naor: when I just join the game, I notice that 300KCC(from 500K total) disappear, I sent msg to the ex MoF Onrop, and ask him about that, he didnot know that he is the MoF at all, he was there like 5 month, the money was in Israeli MU because of my asking he passed to country back, 1 year after that, the CO, the only way to out the money from MU bank, blocked, he didnot had accesses to any org, and etc, so please....


Me: What are your hopes and dreams for Israel?

Naor: well, for now I have targets, its develop 7 L20 in our country, I hope to reach it in 1 year.
