Interview - President of Brazil

1 - Could you introduce yourself, saying who you are, how did you find out about the game and how you became the president?

So, I am Italo, a lawyer and I'm 24 years. I found the game through a forum and decided to sign up. I started my political career in MF (MoE), I actively participated in the party and then started working in the ministry I like most, the MoFA.
I spent the last seven months working uninterruptedly in the government and could see our problems and also the evolution over time.
My candidature took place very quickly, in the beginning was not my goal to be CP, but later I accepted the challenge.

2 - What is the situation that eBrasil is on the international scene?

Brazil currently is stabilized in its alliance and has sought help allies and also achieving their goals.
Enter into a new alliance can generate distrust initially, but I believe that Brazil is showing its allies its value both on the battlefield as diplomatically which tends to strengthen the ties of friendship with these countries.

3 - How does eBrasil view eAustralia? Are there any ties or at least some intention of drawing closer?

eAustralia is a country that I admire very much and I hope it can recover all its regions.
We have a lot of respect for our allies, and Australia for being our friend in our alliance (LETO) and it is a country that has my full support. Although we have no MPP with all countries LETO we seek always to help them maintain a strong alliance.

4 - Unfortunately your country is going through a delicate moment. A member of the government stole the money contained in both the MF, as in MD, 159,396 Brazilian Dollars (equivalent to AUD) and 29747.46 and Brazilian Dollars and 77,243 gold respectively.
As Haakon IV Magnusson, who had previously committed the same action in a game like this, got the job in government? What is the criterion for someone to be a member of your government?

Haakon had been working on MF since he was a trainee of the ministry and then I took over as minister while he continued working there, but had no access to Orgs.
Last month he was minister and this month, as I mentioned above, I decided to run for CP in a very close election and I ended up making the mistake, which I don’t hide from, to keep him in office. Despite that having occurred at that time, nothing would have happened if he had vetoed in the start at the group, especially since he's a guy with no character, a thief.
The criterion for the selection of members is generally merit based, those who excel, are in the government, as is the case for example of our communications minister, who proved to be a successful writer and editor, and so had the opportunity in job title.

5 - Could you tell us what actions are being taken this month in favour of Brazil and its allies?

This month the alliance achieved great victories and Brazil is pleased to have helped build these objectives that make increasingly united and strong alliance.
Brazil also managed regions in Venezuela and it acquired additional 10% bonus to help grow the country.

So, to finish the interview, do you have anything to say?

I would like to thank the opportunity to govern the country and say that I have tried to give my best, unfortunately happened a few problems but I believe that good things happened too. I have always tried to keep the population informed about everything and continue our growing diplomatic standing.
