It is time to bring integrity and sensibility back to our government. Elitism and arrogance needs to stop. eAmerican needs leadership that has integrity, confidence, focused, honest, steadfast, passionate, and most importantly active. I believe my experience and character speaks for itself. Please read and decide for yourself.

Promise

My promise to all my constituents and national residents is

1. To uphold and maintain the dignity of the Federalist Party creed with the best of my ability through honesty and integrity.
2. To make informed, researched political decisions on proposed laws and be involved in useful and active dialog.
3. Share openly and honestly with the public my congressional record.
4. Continued support of the eUS Military and private militias.
5. To openly listen to and address citizen concerns on pertinent issues.
6. I cannot promise that I will not make mistakes; but I do promise to take full accountability and ownership for all of my actions.
7. To be active and participate.



New Citizen Retention

Citizens need to feel involved and have a sense of community and purpose while having fun. I have and will continue to support government and party organizations that proactively foster the growth of new citizens. We also need to find ways to share this world with others outside the boundaries of eRepublik and create a sustainable baby boom again. It is time to come up with new and creative ideas to get the job done.



Military Support

Let’s be honest here. The recent event between congress, the executive branch, and the JCS just goes to show you what happens when people take themselves too seriously. Both sides are to blame here and its time to mend relationships and put aside egos. With that said I have always been a strong advocate of the militia and military. Both are strong recruitment and retention techniques that help bond otherwise unknown brethren and training new players in the mechanics of the game. As a future congressman I will ensure funding continues for both while ensuring their independence is not trampled on with unneeded bureaucracy.



Taxes

I know that government programs are helpful to new and existing citizens but I too feel 23% income tax is overly excessive. With that said, I have seen many foolish endeavors by congress to lower taxes that have backfired. While more needs to be done to balance lowering income tax while pragmatically raising import and VAT taxes, it needs to be done cautiously and carefully. I still stand behind my belief that high taxes equate to stagnation and inhibits growth, but we must cautiously consider change while monitoring the results.
