I'm back. Now what?

Day 3,173, 18:39 Published in USA USA by fingerguns

Hello again!

How’ve you been these last 3 years?

Me? I’m good, thanks for asking.

So let’s get to it. There’s a CP election coming up and I honestly have no idea who to vote for. I need your help here!!

Here’s where I am with this (I was going to do a pros and cons, but there are so few cons that they are hardly worth mentioning)-

Tyler Bubblar:

I love this guy. Like legit, no joke, love him. I made a photo of our avatars making out just to prove how much I love him. HE STILL HAS IT AS HIS SIG. He even name-dropped me in one of his campaign articles and made me sound like his spiritual guide or something. Am I his Morgan Freeman? What a lovely thought.

His main pitch so far is that he wants to surround himself with first-time politicos. I love this idea. First of all, it’s such a Fed move. It’s also ridiculously baller to say you have so much clout and experience that you can single-handedly train the next generation of political leaders on the job. Who are these people? Not sure. Does it matter? Well…possibly. I don’t know who any of the up-and-coming players are right now. He might already have people in mind, and if he does, I trust his judgement.

Resoula:

I don’t know him! (I literally just asked him in IRC if he’s a lady) Here’s my impression, though- he’s very clearly a hard worker and probably easy to get along with. He seems like someone who has worked his way up the ranks as a utility player and probably feels like he’s done enough behind the scenes that he’s ready for the spotlight. He’s probably right!

Now, looking at his cabinet, it’s more or less a dream team. They’re all great players who have a ton of experience. Most of them were ‘experienced’ when I knew them and I haven’t played in 3 years. He will have all the support he could possibly need to accomplish whatever he wants to accomplish. It’s also a really smart move. He’s chosen power players to not only help him run programs, but they can also help campaign for him. Conventional wisdom, but wise nonetheless.

I haven’t seen anything in the way of actual plans and such from either candidate just yet, but just their opening articles have me seriously torn. There’s no WRONG choice here, but I still want to make the right one. What do, eRep? What do?
