Dear eAmericans the elections for CP(country president) is here and the candidates are respectable members of eUSA but there is one rogue citizens who is RGR and members of AFA who should be trusted and fancy ideology is crazy this election we should be aware of corruption and hope that ATO must be a success otherwise our country will be hijacked by terrorist. During the congressional elections they have manage to come to the 3rd place and defeated the ATO up to a certain extent and since their members are in congress see to how many citizenship have they approved from Serbia to PTO our beloved country these are the prove I have

These people have got there citizenship of the AFA and guess what they are serbs the eUSA enemy and what is there plan to this to our country

This election is interesting since oblige has publish many articles that says he is the savior and has done many things without the congress during the occupation of the TWO(The world is ours) alliances and I respect that but his oppositions who is Tyler stated that it is because of him that the ATO was not successful during the congressional elections because he was lazing around and not doing a proper where oblige claims to be our savior
Tyler has made some good point which was agreed by many citizens. Any way the Race is ending and its time to raise our hands to vote and hope that democracy prevails around eUSA and USA has won the war against the serbs and hope we can keep the peace in eRepublike

sub your newspaper your articfle is interesting and the terms for a congress is 30 days and there an election every month and the ATO and the iEA is trying to prevent serbs coming to congress but due to the recent failures on the ATO that is members of the AFA got into congress

when they get our citizenship they can apply for congress and i think congressman has a limited amount on per day basis i think still investigating thanks for the question
Apparently I misunderstood the mechanic, as I thought with the turnout, Congressmen should have 3 passes each. It might be 5 at max though, we'd have to talk to a Congresscritter to confirm.
Glancing at the CS applications page, it says I have 11 passes left. This after accepting one a few days ago. Thu, if that's to be believed... 12 passes this month in the eUS.
It all depends on the size of the country and how many in congress, mind you. 0.1*total population/number of congressmen=CS passed per congressman. Given my 12 total passes, it seems the equation remains accurate enough.
The total number of CS passes given to each congressmen is based on the national population number, still considering this is the eUS, usually here each congressman gets around 12 passes.

It should be pointed out yet again those imported Serbs were able to get here as a result of Oblige's mailing it in on ATO efforts.
It should be pointed out that the PTO did mutli. And if looking at new citizens on the 24th and 25th, our population picked up 60 more citizens than projected.(60 mutlies) So ATO can do nothing to make 240 new american citizens(you need 4 Americans for every multi to keep them out of the top 5) in 2 days to counter that multitude of mutlis.
DHS is pretty powerless until Admin addressees Mutli issues, (that Admin knows the game still has). So please go on about how it is a single citizens fault every time.
I couldn't be more tired of that line of reasoning. It always comes from the same type. Oblige fanbois who had no involvement or knowledge of the ato efforts. The notion that personal involvement from the PRESIDENT not a single private citizen but the PRESIDENT isn't worth 30 extra bodies moved is complete and utter bullsh*t.
As to when I became an Oblige fan in anyway I am not certain. I pretty equally hate everyone in power that is not using it properly. If the president can manage to move 30 people and 3 out of the top 5 articles in our country don`t get people to move then we are a lazy an oblivious country.
I`m as well saying RGR can just mutli-bomb PTO us when he pleases due to current in-game mechanics cause you can now join a party and vote in elections on the day you join. Which before was not the case. This actually gave an ATO a chance to fight a multi-bomb that happened during the month.
The ATO did do a lot. I`m fairly certain I moved to about 3 different parties in this last attempt.
