So, I've been playing this game five years, since August 13th 2008.

Some of the stuff I've been through:
- The Romanian Occupation of Ireland (via PTO)

- Commanding the IVF in World War I

- The end of the Beta period and the beginning of V1

- The early political development in Ireland of the left and right between the Irish Union Party and the Irish Socialist Republican Party

- The Neutrality Era and the Shannon Exercise

- My month long term as a practical "First Consul" (when I was Minister for Finance (which also made me pretty much in charge of military logistics) and Chief Advisor on Foreign Affairs

- My attempted coup d'état and the triumph of the Right after it failed

- The development of Irish Republican politics

- The eSoviet Union's supercommune under Comrade Maksim Chuikov

- The foundation of the Labour Party and the Irish Citizen Army that brought strength back to the Left

- The huge political strife over eCommunism and military optimisation

- Our first wipe by Britain

- The Revolution: Creating the Irish Army

- The new (and weird) unity of the country after we gave Britain a good whipping the first time.

- Lurking around as I enjoyed myself to sinful levels in RL France, as eIreland whipped more ass in Britain and beyond. Under Padraig no less.

- My glorious return and my Presidential term on the anniversary of the Revolution

- The civil strife of the Kunts vs the Kroats.

- The failed invasion of the eUK and the Argentinian Betrayal (we're coming for that ass Argentina, don't you worry!)

- The rise of the Government of Badasses under Sweet Drinker.

All the while, alliances rose and fall, the game changed to be almost unrecognisable from the original that I started playing all that time ago, etc etc. At this point, the only name that is still around from beta is Padraig Pearse, who literally joined at the same time I did and was instrumental in changing eIrish politics. Hilarious that he is now a gay black gangster from Baltimore. Oh, Indeed.



So yeah, if I'm here in another five years, presuming the game will last that long, someone find and shoot me.
