Friendship Treaty between Brazil and Iran [EN/FA]

Under the announcement of this article,
To strengthen mutual political and economical relations, eIran and eBrazil have signed a friendship agreement:


Article 1. In the spirit of friendship, Brazil and Iran reassert their long-standing good relations by creating a framework for Brazilian companies to move to Iran and/or work under Iranian resources.

Article 2. By the consent of the third party, Iran will provide a fixed region in the adjacency of its production core for Brazil as the resident region to reduce the traveling costs of Brazilian producers. Brazil will refund the taxes earned.

Article 3. Iran will occupy Northeast of Brazil to provide full production bonus to the producers located there. The establishment is for a period of 30 days, and it's renewable for equal periods by mutual agreement of the participants of this treaty.

Article 4. Brazil and Iran won't propose any type of laws against each other which harms the production and the security of either side while Brazil is at peace with Asteria, unless it is by mutual accord.

Article 5. Both countries will do their best to maintain the establishments of the regions needed for the implementation of this treaty.

برای تقویت روابط سیاسی و اقتصادی متقابل ، ایران و برزیل توافق نامه دوستی به مفاد ذیل را امضا کرده اند

بند 1) با هدف ارتقای روحیه دوستی ، برزیل و ایران با ایجاد چارچوبی برای انتقال کارخانه های برزیلی به ایران و یا کار در مناطق خود تحت بونوس ایران ، روابط پایداری را بنا می نهند

بند 2) با موافقت کشور ثالث، ایران منطقه ای ثابت در مجاورت مرکز بونوس خود برای برزیل به عنوان منطقه رزیدنت فراهم می کند تا هزینه سفر تولید کنندگان برزیلی را کاهش دهد. برزیل مالیات های به دست آمده را بازپرداخت می کند

بند 3) ایران منطقه شمال شرقی برزیل را اشغال خواهد کرد تا به تولیدکنندگان مستقر در آنجا اجازه تولید کامل را بدهد. این استقرار برای مدت 30 روز است و با توافق متقابل طرفین در این پیمان برای مدت های مشابه بعدی قابل تمدید است

بند 4) برزیل و ایران هیچ نوع لایحه ای را علیه یکدیگر تصویب نمیکنند که به موجب آن، تولید و امنیت هر یک از طرفین آسیب ببیند. و این بند تا زمانی که برزیل با آستریا در صلح است برقرار است، مگر لوایح مورد نیاز با توافق دو طرف باشد

بند 5) هر دو کشور تمام تلاش خود را برای حفظ مناطق مورد نیاز برای اجرای این معاهده انجام خواهند داد
