The newest Suggestion concerns Electricity!
With electricity employers can have workers get a +50% to productivity!!!

Exactly that. Power plants
a Company that Creates the Electricity in units for oil.
ie Power Plants Creat 1 unit of Electricity for 1 unit of Oil.
Now what does Electricity do?
if a Company Owner has 1 unit of electricity for every work skill level of his employees multiplied by the quality of the company, those employees get a +50% productivity bonus
Ex. Skill 11 worker at q1 company consumes 11 units of electricity and recieves +50% productivity bonus.
Ex. Skill 11 worker at q5 company consumes 55 units of elecricity and recieves +50% productivity bonus.
Ex Skiill 11 worker at q5 Weapons company consumes 55 units of electricity and recieves +50% Productivity bonus, in addition to 25% citizenship bonus +25% resource bonus, +50% from 0.19 booster. instead of making 12.8 q5 weapons and consuming 640 units of iron. With electricity bonus he produces 16 q5 weapons and consumes 800 units of iron, and 55 units of of electricity.
if iron sells for 0.48, and oil sells for 0.30 and electricity sells for 0.50 (0.20 of revenue)
and a skill 11 worker costs 45.00, that worker can produce 16 q5 weapons for 456.50 currency
or 28.53 Currency per q5 weapon.
Now a Company owner doesn't have to have electricity for his workers to work
but if he doesn't have any or enough his workers loose the +50% productivity bonus.
and Electricity can be used by Any Other Company Besides a Power Plant Company/Power Company.
but this was just a spontaneous idea.

+%50 production will only contribute to more overproduction.
How about merging this idea with Plato's brilliant "Higher the Quality,even more Higher the Production" idea.
Company owners may choose to produce more products in smaller time intervals, but in order to do that they must face some additional costs, like your electricity idea.

it was a fun idea 😛, now i'm not sure how to incorporate it in a quality based fashion.

consuming more oil is a brilliant idea but boosting produce without increasing daily food limit or more missions etc. hımm...
