La première partie du journal traitera de eMonument et concernera le Franche-Comté.
The first part of this newspaper will speak about the eMonument section and its subject : the Franche-Comté region.

Cette région a su garder son indépendance il y a peu face aux Slovène. Et sera je pense la première bataille de la guerre France-Slovénie.
Je vous propose une petite visite guidée de cette région à travers des clichées photographiés par les eCitoyens.
This region has kept its independence against the Slovenians lately. And will be, I think, the first battle of the French against Slovenia.

Et si jamais on bat les Slovènes en Franche-Comté, on leur enverra l’article au bout d’un missile.

Voici le Château de Montbéliard, forteresse médiévale et actuellement siège du Congrès de Franche-Comté, dirigé par Zantet.

On ne comprend pas pourquoi il ne vit pas là-bas?
As-t-il peur des Slovènes, le château sera certainement leur premier objectif.

Mais il faudra pourtant passer par les campagnes Haute-Saônoise.
