Enemies On All Sides?

Day 1,812, 19:21 Published in United Kingdom South Africa by Freebairn

There have been wars with several nearby nations in the UK recently. While there is peace between the eUK and former enemies like the eUSA, Ireland, and France, lingering hostilities remain, France is still embargoes by the eUK. Ireland once occupied Northern Ireland and Scotland. Though war with either of these three former enemies seems unlikely. It is still an issue. In the eWorld, wars are easily provoked.

The bloody Irish-British war was a terrible loss for the eUK, and despite receiving all the lost territories back, it left scars. A member of the British congress, in the New Era Party, King Hannibal of ASIA has repeatedly requested more aggressive actions against the Irish government. There have been several rejected laws that, if passed, would have declared Ireland a Natural Enemy of the UK. Most were proposed by the aforementioned politician, King Hannibal of ASIA.

France has also been resentful against the eUK, due to their losses in the war. They lost the majority of their provinces to Poland, but the British allies aided the war well. A trade embargo remains only between the eUK and France, which has led to an economic downturn in their nation. Those, simply put, are the points I wished to make in this short article.
