Welcome to the next edition of the Anvil. Much to my surprise my last article has been deleted for no reason but I will bring you the results of that poll when I get the chance but I need to make an announcement this edition.

I will NOT be running for President this month. Nor most likely next month. Real Life has become a major concern for me in the past few weeks. It would be negligent for me to run for President when I have so little time to put towards this country when it needs attention the most. I have been offered a job with the RL Federal government in Washington DC and have been forced to search for a place to live in the mean time. This has consumed a vast majority of my free time and for that I apologize but it was unavoidable. Until such time as my schedule starts to even out I will not be available to do other things in eRepublik.

I will continue to advise Presidents when asked just like I have for every president since I became involved in eUS politics. But I do not have the time to take such a demanding position. I must therefore resign all of my current posts including Secretary of State. I do not have the time to serve as I would like, but I recommend to Krems that he appoint my deputy Gulden Draak to take my place in the meantime as SecState. He can continue the work I had yet to be able to do including a complete reorganization of the State Department area of the forums.

Thank you all for understanding.

I greatly enjoy eRepublik, not for the game itself because that sucks but for the people I have met. I respect many of the people I have met here, Krems, HR, GJ, Emerick, Publius, Inwegen, Ligtreb and so many more. I will still be around in eRep when I have the chance but for now I need to focus on RL. Love you all very much. Now as always I part from you with a quote.
