I've no time to write so I do that in a hurry.
Some economic & work facts.


1/ About island producers and commune system

Some of our citizens have big companies.
If they need workers in competitive places, dat should be the priority to fill them with our own hands (nothing sexual).
Worker should be compensated with goods by the employer if their salary doesn't match the almost highest offers in the world.

It has been a while the state has not define if there are strategic place to preserve (like wps production) and so remunerate producers if needed.
Or let employees produce raws for the the employer... etc


2/ About remunerated work

Rest of people not working for island producers in need (like my employees xdxd)
should work for the highest job offers in the world (with preference for allied countries employers).

State doesn't own dat much by day through Work As Employee (~200cc) while if you earn 40cc more than for a shitty employer (like me), the country will be richer.
By country I mean the whole people, not the state.
Moreover if you use this money on cypriot market, the state would recover more than half of this loss (~120cc) and u'll help island producers.


3/ About state revenues

State needs 4 to 6 MPPs each months.
Dat's 60kcc max/month.

Plus money for CO.
Let's say 100kcc/month.

Minus money from congress medal, despite everyone doesn't play the game(...).
We should match at least 3/4 of congressmen, so -45kcc.

Dat would mean: ~3800cc/day
And so adjust the Working Tax in consequence.
And dat would mean to secure the average salary to 30cc or up.


4/ About productivity & revenue

A worker who earn more than 50cc/work should use a Q1 house.
A worker who earn more than 80cc/work should use a Q2 house.
Those will help u earn more and have more energy.

Sum up:
- Fill the island producer work needs in priority
- Then work for allied employers with highest revenues
- Buy goods on the island (if there are no at decent price, buy at international and sell a part on cyprus market)
- Set min salary to 31cc to keep stable average revenue (and so stable state revenue, stable WAM price, stable WT)
- Adjust WT to let the state earn 3800cc+/day
- Use houses (at least Q1)
