Good afternoon, eAustralia and the World at large!
About 4 years ago, a crew of eAustralians invented the concept of E-Pub.
The IDEA was a number of things.
A place to hang on IRC rather than just #ausrep. Open to all, where the e-beer was freely swilled, bar fights and buxom bar-waitresses were a given. A place where people could just talk crap and have fun with anyone who was drawn together by eRepublik, but, didn't always wanna talk shop.
Cue #e-pub on Rizon (IRC).
Like most things, little ideas grow. Eventually, e-Pub started running contests, and back then thanks to companies, we ran a few and wholly invested the profits back into competitions for the community at large. Some were musical, others were a bit more...interesting.
Hell at one point we had this Texan guy take pictures half-way across his State and send them to us for shits and giggles.
With the exception of srg91, who is no longer Aussie, pretty much everyone involved has since departed.
BUT NOT ME.
And, I'M BRINGING IT BACK!
So, welcome to the first (trial) of the return of E-Pub competitions. It has been over 3 years since E-Pub last graced our shores, with crazy competitions, cool prizes and fun to be had...

So, on this the return of E-Pub, allow me to introduce (or, re-introduce)...
The 2013 Christmas TPOP Competition!
What is TPOP? Simple...
WHAT DO I DO????
To enter, all you need to do is PM me by 04:00 on December 19 2013 (E-Rep time) with a conversation you have struck up on www.omegle.com with a complete stranger! There will be four prizes, judged by Csanat (if our wonderful CP is agreeable!) and myself on the following criteria:
1> Originality and Funniness!
2> Relevance to eRepublik.
3> Length (ie. enough to draw the unsuspecting Stranger into the conversation, but no so long it becomes boring)
Remember. The funniest, most original entrants will be finalists and announced in E-Pub and on this News on 20 December 2013!

Prizes Include:
1st - 500 Q7 weapons and 10 GOLD,
2nd - 500 CC and 100 Q7 weapons!
3rd - 100 CC and 10 Q7 weapons!
There will be a consolation Prize of 5 CC for the most unoriginal, boring response. So, If you are utter crap at live conversation, don't worry - you can win something TOO!
