i wanna start a organisation & pass a law to donate
because i wanna propose a law where we can pass a law & donate to this organisation & we can ask all congress members & eindians to donate &remove amount & distribute this to newbies so problem of whom amt should amount of GOLD be distributed newbies experienced members & average eindians.
