As you perhaps know, I’m one of the supporters of the eSwaraj political (but mostly social) approach, so, my view is:
People are the most important, not the community or the country.
In order to achieve a prosperous community people will have to Understand and Agree to join efforts. Nothing could or should force them to accept something.
The first and main responsible for one people state is himself, because he have to ask, learn, struggle for his own. In this particularly case of elected persons, the elected one is also responsible and he/ she must be hold responsible.
If we all agree that we want to live and prosper together, we could aim for :
Citizens – basically buy just eIndian made products.
Companies buy raw materials only from eIndian companies, employing basically all the eIndians work force, pay reasonable salaries and supply the internal market. In order to do that, eGovernment main job will be to “assure” the conditions and, just after that, to “control” that things happen so.
In the same spirit, eGovernment must:
Do not allow the Army (or any public companies or institutions) to get involved in internal politics.
Do not allow the Army (or any public companies or institutions) to get involved on the internal market, unless a case of national emergency is declared (the scarce or lack of products on the national market).
To answer the questions that citizens ask to them in an reasonable time.

The acces to the national accounts it is not related to elected persons, unfortunately.
The money and gold from country accounts are regulary donated to some Org's, wich are not related to the country (generally the argumentations is that in the case of an PTO or war who wipe out the country, all the resev from country accounts will be in the hands of the conquerors).
So, the pass who granted acces to an Org is ... pased from one CP to another (normaly, but could be problems with this too) and, the CP gave it to the Central Bank Governor (so, this is the third party who get acces).
Also, the Governor could pass it to others (deputy).
So, it is trickey to find out who did what, especially if the ppl involved say nothing, or do not recall.
A question to everyone:
Are you affraid of something or someone ?
An observation
I do think the loan offer is proper to develop business, companies, but until now no one have requested nothing.
We could not just complain ourselves about how bad the things are going and do nothing for change that.

people are afraid of causing a nationwide outrage which is obvious outcome when things which are sophisticated are revealed. it has been common observation that most of people dont want to get involved. it is shown by middle class in RL and two-clickers in eLife. u need to be involved in order to understand all complications that administration faces. this is the reason everything is not revealed to common man. this is the reason administration is afraid of journalists.
i would buy a license from u. let me create a company first. 🙂
Another excellent article! I agree with Miles, "people are afraid of causing a nationwide outrage". But, I think that this comes from inexperience. It would be nice to see a creation of an eIndian university that will automatically "buddy' a new eIndian to someone with experience once they join the forum. Formulate a syllabus that helps them understand the dynamics of eRep and specifically eIndia. I know our government is stretched, but, "The young will not always do as they are told"; unless they can understand the important role they play for eIndia and the best way they can achieve their own objectives here.
so nice to see you after so long a time, kostyav. problem remains we dont have many active players. they are rare and they are needed. young players get easily discouraged with this new 'gold driven' game mechanics where they have neither damage nor gold. still this needs to be done. if i am not wrong, this comes under IAI. this game is no more for small countries like us.
Kostyav, a University system IS being worked upon, and is already getting in students. Point is as always - manpower. W/o active citizens, simply put - we'll perish.
Maniu, do you suggest we leave our entire national income in the treasury? I don't believe any eNation does that, for the simple mechanics of it, which you've already stated. As long as the internal mechanism of transferring access is a secure and disciplined process.

True but if citizens dont't agree that in some kind of consensus it can not be done.
So how can it be done? It should exist a very clear regulation on this matter.

Factly, I disagree.
An eCountry could, in perils, to donate money to an Org, but this is not the case in the moust of time.
So, YES, I consider we sholud leave to CP and Congress the right to decide (no matter the mechanics)
