If we want to make ePhilippines a UNITED and PROGRESSIVE nation, I suggest that we start communicating with each other.

The basic medium for communication in this game are:
Mail and Alert; Newspaper; and Shout

But we have alot of medium outside the game.

I believe most of us, if not all, have FACEBOOK account. And this is an "All in One" medium for communication since we can discuss by posting a topic and put a comment on it, we can send message, and we can also CHAT real time.
