I've thought long and hard about this. It's not a decision to be taken lightly given that for all its positives, it's a severe action that comes in the form of a broadsword - not a scalpel.

Innocents have been killed in past actions and will be killed again if we make the decision to action. With careful planning, I believe we will have enough time to go underground. Our enemies will no doubt question why we retreated to the subterranean depths.

It is not a mere military aide - it is an instrument of destruction that make Slobodan Milosevic, Saddam Hussein, Kim Jong Il, Pol Pot and Adolf Hitler out to be scout leaders.

It is guarded by the hallowed souls of the fallen of war, deep within the most protective cell known to mankind. Oversight of this facility goes beyond the Senate, the Cabinet and only the Prime Minister of the day knows the access codes. It is a sacred charge passed on from leader to leader in the Prime Minister's Book.

After a lot of soul searching, I believe we have no choice. Macedonia's victory wrests on the status quo of us remaining outnumbered and having little collective strength.

We can't win without it. AUSTRALIS must be called to action.
