China will fall. What's next?

Day 1,337, 06:28 Published in Romania Australia by Nerx

The last EDEN member, China, who is on ONE’s to-delete list is 7-region from its removal from the e-map. Then it comes to one’s mind, what will ONE do next? What goals are to be fulfilled next? Many would say that even ONE is bored with the current status quo. I say different. Why would they be bored if they are winning no matter what? Why would they want to face a tough resistance? The alliance was formed to dominate everything. Every time. Every region.

After the dissolution of Phoenix, ex-EDEN countries shifted the balance to NWO side (currently ONE). At first, the gap between EDEN and NWO was not that wide. TERRA (formerly known as PanAm) played its decisive role in achieving victories over NWO while having time-zone advantage when cooperating with EDEN. After successive changes to the game, mainly the “oversimplification” of the economic module and the daily health consumption rate, ONE got the upper hand. The outcome was predictable – countries were erased one after another.

The existing MPP system does not “allow” ONE to lose battles. The only battles they lose are those in which a country fights by itself. For instance, Turkey is losing Russian and Bulgarian, Estonia – Finnish ones and UK Irish regions. In the latter case, UK will not be opposing that much since its next goal will be attacking the US (Michigan was lost on purpose to create a common border between US and Canadian conquered regions). And they do not care if a region is lost, because they will simply open another war and in 2 days, the region will be reconquered. Take Greece, Finland or Bulgaria as an example.

But enough with that. What will ONE do next? What will happen to pro-ONE countries? Taking into account the last few weeks, my bet is they will be left on their own, mainly because of the conflicts that appeared between some of them and some ONE members. I mean, they did their jobs and their services will no longer be needed.

Indonesia, along with Spain, Hungary and Poland helped to US removal. The region which represented the only connection to US mainland was Hawaii, which was given to Hungary in order to reach Asia (China through Japan). So the US regions were then useless and they were lost, either because they were intentionally lost or Indonesia did not receive support. The same thing happened with Canadian regions which were conquered by Indonesia. Alaska was needed by Poland to reach China through Russia. Due to the “agreement” between Indonesia and Australia, they couldn’t bully Australia over and over again. The neither Philippines, nor Thailand presented interest, so Indonesians did what they always do. Bully small countries. I remember Ostin’s article for not receiving aid from ONE when China, 2-time less populated country isolated their capital city and was about to delete it for the first time. ONE mobilised its armies and freed Indonesia by closing the war with China. Anyway, they needed their deer bonus, they attacked South Africa through Western Australia, while others tried to prevent that.

The ABC countries – Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The first one, Estonia, faced a sequence of resistance wars in their Finnish regions, which were all successful. They say it’s nothing and they would regain them again, but that takes time. And after the war is closed, the regions will be RWed back, again and again. Latvia faced its problems in the Belarusian regions. Some of their allies, the Poles, fought against them trying to free Mahilyowskaya. Truth is, in the past, both Poland and Russia tried to help Belarus. There were more or less negotiations between Latvia and any of them. Belarus is seen as a friend by a part of Polish players and by the Slovaks. Same goes for Ukraine. At the moment, a pact between Belarus, Czechoslovakia and Ukraine is undertaken. This pact will not interfere with their current alliance objectives, but it will tighten their relationships. ABC is perceived as a ONE satellite. But some of ONE’s members (namely Poland and Spain) are unhappy with the help ABC has given to Argentina and Brazil (former allies and current friendly countries). Being a pro-ONE country does not mean you have to follow ONE objectives. They have the freedom to help other countries, that for some ONE members are seen as enemies – mainly Argentina.

There seems to be a so-called “brotherhood” BIA/BIAT between Brazil, Argentina, Indonesia and Turkey. And FYR Macedonia? Anyhow, while Argentina was fighting Peru (SPolish “colony”), many Indonesians were fighting for Argentina, while Peru had full ONE MPPs. Spaniards mostly were displeased with the situation so ONE issued a warning for Indonesia, a warning which was not totally successful. Some Indonesians bowed down to ONE and halted their attack, but there were others who still fought for their friends. In the case of Turkey, a non-governmental Spanish military unit (I think the one in which Durruti is a commander) fought for Bulgaria against Turkey to pay them back for the episode in Argentina - Peru war. Seeing as Argentina was a sensible matter, ONE promised it would not attack Argentina for a while, not directly at least. But things changed. Funny thing about BIAT. A “brotherhood” has its brothers fighting for each other, but not selectively (Brazil and Argentina fight for each other, Indonesia/Turkey fight only for Argentina and FYR Macedonia fights for … ehm, yes).

United Kingdom - a country that has a controversial history. Being at first a member of Atlantis, after its conflicts with Sweden and US, UK left and joined PEACE GC. It then received the “Junior” title, which is pretty much a label a country gets when it betrays its allies and joins the enemies. The second time was when while being in TERRA, they still had conflicts with Ireland (EDEN country) and the US. After the Irish fighting against them in the UK-Belgium war, they left TERRA and declared themselves neutral. And by neutral I mean pro-ONE. UK was hardly trolled by some Poles, but recently, after a humorous situation, it finally signed MPP with Poland. And the Strasbourg Treaty was broken when UK decided they could (more like would) not help France or Germany anymore against Polish colossus.

Iran – the first country rumoured to be ONE member, long before Sweden or FYR Macedonia. It didn’t however joined ONE (reasons unknown to me). FYR Macedonia was wanted by Serbia and Hungary in the alliance due to its potential. Sweden joined (to my guess) so Poland and Spain would agree to that (Sweden being a good friend to both Spain and Poland). Iran played an important role in ONE’s early history. After their agreement with Bulgaria was not renewed, they fought to remove Bulgaria from Asia, which happened when Bulgaria was deleted from the map. Iran and China had their training war which was ended so China could focus its attention on helping Russia. This time, the result was different from the last time (when China removed Serbia from Russia). Iran joined Serbia and Hungary in attacking China. The war was soon closed, due to having no more mutual border.

Slovenia knows that their current colonies (Italian and Swiss) could not have been acquired without the help of maybe not all ONE countries, but their old allies and “friends” – Serbia and Hungary. Those two helped them quite a lot (Croatian invasion) and they can’t turn their back on them. Even though they currently have their issues with Hungary over Deutschschweiz. For Slovenia, that region means +20% bonus to their economy. For Hungary, that region could be a land bridge between Austrian regions and French ones. After failed negotiations, Slovakia rented German regions (pretty cool) to Hungary so they could use the French/American/Japanese/Chinese region bonuses. The conflict between those two is still not fully resolved, due to the fact that Slovenia feels like Slovakia is seen as more important than itself. Hungary likes Slovakia. Poland likes Slovakia and dislikes Slovenia (Rhone Alps episode). Serbia even traded Prekmurje (original Slovenian region) to Croatia in exchange for peace. Slovenia tried to improve its relationships with Croatia and Bulgaria, but due to battling conflicts with Croatia, it did not lead them much ahead. Slovenians are good friends with Germany, but they cannot make a stand against Poland because of the obvious reasons.

Mexico benefited from ONE’s help occasionally. First, when an offensive (Polish, Spanish and Mexican) against US was started. The result was disastrous to them. They ended up deleted and because of US negotiations, they reappeared on the map. Currently, they are fighting Portugal (ex-TERRA member, but still friendly to most TERRA and EDEN countries). As I mentioned at the beginning, battles fought through MPP are hardly won by EDEN/TERRA. Not in the case of Portugal which begs the question: “What’s different?”.

Cyprus – inhabited by INCI. I think you all know about Cypriot – FYR Macedonian conflict. Shortly put, FYR Macedonia negotiated, nay, demanded Cyprus regions so they could connect their Greek regions to Saudi Arabia. After the failed dialogues, logs and private message were leaked into media which fueled trolling on both sides. FYR Macedonia was angered because of the INCI insolence of not agreeing to their “terms” and calling them FYROM (which for FYR Macedonians is the equivalent of the most insulting word or whatever). In the war between Cyprus and Egypt, FYR Macedonia intervened through their mega tank. As a response, INCI (mostly depici) tanked for Greece against FYR Macedonia. Cyprus was blamed for that, whereas ScymeX was not, because it was his money (weird logic). The conclusion: INCI proposed FYR Macedonia as Natural Enemy in Turkey and issued an ultimatum which ended with Cyprus proposing FYR Macedonia as a Natural Enemy.

The other pro-ONE countries are fairly doing good. Pakistan is dealing with India (winning through MPPs, losing in RWs), Peru is a SPolish colony, Bolivia is signing MPPs with ONE, Slovakia is Poland’s protégée, Montenegro is more like a Serbian “region” (dunno how many Montenegrins are even playing this game), New Zealand is PTOed by Serbs and undergoing a training war with Australia. And I guess these are all.

So, after Chinese (EDEN) Fortress falls, which will be the next target? After Cyprus I mean. Will Spain go after Brazil again, after it finishes with Argentina? And after Argentina while it finishes with Brazil? What will Poland attack? Hesse, the 1234th time? How about Serbia? Croatian Pact will soon be over. Will they attack Croatia? Romania? Even after they signed a 1.5-month agreement? What will Hungary attack? Ucraine? Austria? What will Swe… oh. Moving on. FYR Macedonia? Saudi Arabia? United Arab Emirates? India (requires swapping)?

The thing is, many people protested to these absurd changes that occurred in the last months. When there was a boycott, new missions were given and everything went with a fuss, not a bang. There were offered ideas to improve military module, but many saw these proposals as lamentations expressed by conquered-country citizens.

Geez, I can’t believe I wrote this much. And I can’t believe I wrote something. All in all, this is my personal view on the current situations and is supposedly to be subjective. This “analysis” is the result of what I’ve “heard” (improperly used, more like “read”) and I might have missed the other side of the issues.

NB. I apologise to those who feel offended by what I have written, or by what-are-to-be-called jokes, especially those concerning Sweden. I love and respect Sweden.
