Everyone needs a story.
When I got pulled over; The guy wasn't looking for my papers and he did not intend to throw me into Prison. He just wanted to hear my story.

"So, where are you headed, in such a hurry," asked Officer Bacon

I replied, "I was trying to go with the flow. I may have gotten a little competitive."

"I'll say; you were 7, over the speed limit," he said

I added, "I was coming from the citadel. I'm a reporter."

I flashed my press pass. Then, he said, "I need to see your license, registration and proof of insurance."

"I'll have to get it from the glove compartment." I protested.

"Go ahead, He proposed.

*Radiio Dispatcher*
We've got reports of an 82 in Progress, behind 420, Beaver Chase.
Who's available?

"I'm close to there," he told the dispatcher, "I'll check it out."

He look at me and said, "I'm going to let you off with a warning." "You were 7 miles over the limit." "SLOW DOWN!"

I was hesitant to start driving, again. Once he was back in the car; I made my move.
I guess that it just wasn't my time. I paid attention to my speed, from that point forward.
