A bit of Clarification on the Constitution

Day 2,715, 08:38 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Gali.

Hi chaps and chappesses

This is just an article clarifying a few things that are included in the party presidential cabal constitution, which has recently been passed in Congress. It's mainly filled with things that I found slightly confusing, but also highlights the actual laws (that it introduces) that directly affect the dictator, thus giving you an idea of what you're in for if you're going for the dictatorship.

The Clarification of the Miscellaneous

-Part 1: Section E
"In the event the leading candidate hasn’t achieved the minimum requirement of 10 sponsors for the required level of support when the election is due to begin, they and the second leading candidate will be put to election."

This means that, in the even that the candidate with the largest body of sponsors doesn't reach the minimum requirement, namely, 10 sponsors, they will have to run against the candidate with the second most sponsors. In the event that there are two candidates, joint second in the number of sponsors, then it is assumed that all three candidates would run, and so on and so on.

-Part 2: Section C
"The Dictator can only request the banning of a CP after an impeachment vote from Congress AND it has been proven they have betrayed the eUK with 66% of the Congressional vote as if we were under a democracy."

In the case of a treasury theft, presumably conducted and carried out by the CP, the dictator would have the capacity to ban the CP, as the money is legally the Dictator's.

Crime and Punishment: the Dictator

To name a few of the near-endless circumstances, or manners, in which the dictator can breach the constitution (the constitution, specifically, I haven't listed treasury thefts e.t.c as this taboo pre-dates the constitution):

-The Dictator refuses to hand over power to the winner of the dictatorship-election
-The Dictator refuses to acknowledge any prospective candidates (Part 2😒ection D)
-The Dictator proposes and passes any proposals not priorly approved or discussed by Congress, or contradicts Congress' ruling (any rogue proposals, including an impeach)
-The Dictator fails to hand over the dictatorship MU to the winner of any dictatorship election

In the event of the dictator breaking any of the restrictions set by the constitution, "it is the duty of the CP to organise an immediate restoration to democracy.".

Crime and Punishment: the Country President

Again, it is possible for the CP to breach the constitution, and once more I have tried to list the manners in which they can do so. Again I haven't included treasury thefts specifically.

-The CP refuses to host the national dictatorship referendum, although a resolution can be reached if the CP designates this duty to the 'supporting party', or anyone else that the public agrees on
-The CP refuses to inform the dictator about anything associated with the running of the country
-The CP 'betrays the eUK'
-The CP calls for democracy (unless all prospective candidates in a dictatorial election fail to reach 10 supporters
-The CP refuses to support the current dictator in the event of a random liberation, unless the resistance bonus is considered too high by both the CP and the current dictator
-If the dictatorship falls and the CP and government fail to start a fresh war of liberation
-The CP refuses to depose a rogue dictator (specifically applies to Part 4: Section A, B,and C)

Again, if the CP breaks the constitution then it generally should result in an impeachment, however this is not always compulsory.

So I hope that's cleared a bit of the constitution up for the public. Remember that it's generally just intended to be a safety net, not a complete and definitive set of laws for the eUK, and as such it will have holes in it, as all nets do.

It's my belief that the constitution can only be repealed by the force that introduced it, namely, Congress.
