[WHS CP] Resignations, + other news
Winston Hope Smith
Dear friends and fellow eIrish,
I have to convey disappointing news: this evening I have accepted the resignation of both The Psych0/MUFC as my MoD and Ethel as my MoFA.
As many of you will know, passions have been running high with regards The Psych0/MUFC's falling out with the EDEN hierarchy. On consideration, all parties agree that it is not tenable for either minister to serve in their positions whilst these personal grievances remain unresolved. The Psych0/MUFC will, however, continue to see out his term as vCP.
I have contacted a number of excellent replacements and expect to announce a new MoD by tomorrow. In the transitional period, I will assume the duties of MoD. The MoFA position is otherwise being finalised as I write this.
I appreciate that there remain some question marks over our membership of EDEN. However, as I'm sure you all agree, there are proper forums for this. I am not sufficiently convinced that there is a widely held sentiment with regards leaving the alliance. If it becomes apparent that a majority of eIrish wish to reconsider our position in EDEN I will happily have that debate. However, until that time, I will pursue the path mandated by a majority of eIrish citizens and focus on rebuilding the economy. That remains my number one priority and I thank Appleman as MoF for his ongoing work in that regard.
In this difficult period, I am sure we can all agree that we do not need any distractions from our task, however much the loud few privilege scandal and intrigue over hard work and determination.
That leaves me to once again thank The Psych0/MUFC and Ethel and I hope that this does not preclude our working together in the future.
On other matters I wish to draw your attention to the Minister of Finance's article Here. It has come to my attention that most of the orgs are not under the control of the MoF and I, in conjunction with him, will take the steps to retake control. I have also asked the moF to device a policy that will ensure that the nations finances are secured from future theft. This includes the risk of a Country President who turns out to be a thief. Once a plan is ready I will submit to Congress for ratification.
The date has passed for MoC Community Awards nomination so expect the voting to start soon.
Finally the Ministry of Silence is now open again. The Kurgan is there waiting for
With thanks for your time
Until next time

Nice update 🙂
I hope Ireland will be able to get representative on EDEN channels now, shame this was needed to achieve that.
Voted.
vote o7
Maybe future presidential candidates should consult whether their MoD choice will be granted access to the channels relevent to their portfolio. I dont necessarily agree with that since we should be able to decide our own representatives but at least we wouldnt look so weak.
Sorry to see the pyscho step down. Glad to see the prompt article and reaffirmation of our standing together with the brotherhood

ffs this was hard to read 😁
If only WHS was the one resigning then maybe Ireland wouldn't be so shit ;_;
Well done letting EDEN HQ pick your Cabinet WHS o/
Ungh, disappointing

Good update.
I love how some certain people will blame WHS for pretty much everything.
You're being too obvious maggots.
We are not talking about leaving the alliance. we want that damagehood be stopped and go back to brotherhood.
and u should insist on Mufc.
Mufc was agreed by the Irish citizens, if HQ doesn't like they can go to hell.
Right. Another article looms.
Thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Sensible for resigning their posts. Pity the same can't be said for EDEN HQ
Will be interesting to see replacements...
Thanks for the update , What do you mean by most of the orgs are not in control of MoF ? Delay in handover OR more shenanigans ? or ........ ?
Orgs with cash in them are in the MoF's control
Ireland has too many orgs 30 in total, and at most only uses 6 in the month, the rest are dormant and changing 30 emails/passwords takes up time - we should delete at least 50% of them. A CP reset on the orgs with no access cures the problem.
This used to be the Domain of the VP, resetting org passwords/emails as they in essence do nothing else during the month.
@we should delete at least 50% of them.@
that would be silly. we can give them for pay to someone to trade on MM.
and there is no risk orgs won't be reterned. president can always get them back.
ffs this was hard to read 😁 x2
Orgs are National assets supposed to be under the CP's Control, if one is used for ilegal/scamming who's liable Org/CP/Person who used it, the CP could gets the ban or FP.. you need to look at the bigger issue Nataliia from Galicia
trade on MM is not illegal at all. of ocurse if it's used to transfer money from multies that is illegal. the org and person who used it would be banned not the president. and I think reliable people would get access to the orgs to trade.
nevertheless we don't have anything to delete.
There will be an article out later today about voting for the Community Awards.
Deleting irreplacable government assets is insanity.
"changing 30 emails/passwords takes up time"
If a CP cannot find the time to secure state assets, then they have no business being CP to begin with.
More orgs is more money that we make?!?!?!
Using all 30 will maximize revenue, why you only want to use the few?
More orgs is more money that we make?!?!?! - pull the other one conway, the MM isn't the cash cow you all think it is, maybe in the past it was, but scope is limited now.
It is my intention to retake all orgs using secure mail address from the MoF
As soon as he has them ready I will do what's required.
However as of now none of our depleted finances are in unsecured orgs.
I know its not, I use it myself, make a minimum profit over 2weeks.
Last time I got page 1 made half my sales before my offer expired. Just saying having more orgs up there increases chances.
@the MM isn't the cash cow you all think it is@
still better to get smth than nothing
easy to delete but impossible to return.
if it takes much time to change passwords, keys of orgs that are not used can be just given from president to president.
