Dear Government
This is the letter from a RL Belgian worried about his country.
What happened?
HOPE party grew fastly before congress elections. Admins did not banned anough multies and HOPE got 8 Congress Men:
That's an increase of 100% from last month!
Who are they?
Current party president is RL Croatian, as well as most of HOPE members. We can see some serbians too.
Since some month, some Croatian accounts where opened in eBelgium (banned multies?).
What have they done so far?
Here are subjects you can find in the congress part of the forum. 3 last where... accepted without approval! All of the CM where... from HOPE!
Also all players accepted illegaly joined HOPE. WORST:

Dear Belgian government, we need to bring ATO people to avoid being next month under a PTO government. We can't act tomorrow, we need to act today before it's too late! Stop hidding the truth, hide your pride and react!
PS: to those PTOers that told me to go back Peru Switzerland or wherever, Belgium is my home, eBelgium is my home, eBelgium is the home of all a community in which you're not taking part. eBelgium is not your home!

The biggest fault of the eBelgian community, perhaps, has been in being too accepting, too willing to give newcomers a chance to prove their good will. The result has been that the threat has grown greater while those who were leading the opposition persisted in insulting eBelgians and accusing them of PTOing their own country. It is sad that we have been so ready to be open to others who only take advantage of every opening to harm our community. Indeed, there is no more time for delay.
I beg to differ, openness to others has never done any harm IMHO.

I dont think we need to invite foreigners to us, some might help us and leave and some could become anothet PTO threat, i think belgians need own ATO in ptoed parties, if not been successful then someone should occcupied us

There were non organizated atos in Hope or panda, when it was successful it was critized by CP

I am living in Brussels and I have RL Belgian nationality, I can prove it to you or to anyone else, if somebody wants try his luck and bet against it; and I just might pop up at your meeting on 21 September in the Bowling. I know this Bowling place very well because I often take gasoline at the small gas station in front of the Bowling building. You can ask "tommot" for the confirmation; if it is true, what I am saying.

Please remember that an ATO should be the option taken when none is left, and we still have a big option to try: communication. Some will say this already has been tried, but I disagree as it didn't happen thoroughly enough. I can demonstrate that with a simple fact: a well-organized ATO is always preceded by an essential step called 'targeting', where you make a list of all potential citizens that form s threat and investigating them one by one thoroughly (which also means having personal discussions with the citizen) and removing as many names from that list as possible in order to have only the core of the threat remaining.
But what we see is that this step clearly wasn't taken as everybody targets a whole party, HOPE, or an MU, HeadHunterz, instead of aimed citizens. This leads to uncountable prejudices and unwanted consequences. For example, by accusing HOPE you also accuse Kiyonori, ombrenoire and me for being PTO'ers because ze're in HOPE, or woxczbg, a Big poster on forum, because he is a HeadHunter.
As a conclusion, I'd want to propose you to investigate thoroughly and get rid of prejudices, and maybe you will notice that some aren't as bad as you think.
