Here you are an update of CoT military strength.

As an alliance CoT went up from 10.2% in 1794 (see: http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/-tbre-the-military-strenght-of-cot-countries-day-1794-2142040/1/20) to 11.6% of eWorld weighted influence.
Bulgaria grews up and now constitutes the majority of CoT influence with 52.4%, Chile went down (mainly in div 1 and div2) to 22.2%, Mexico is the 6.7%, the remaining 9 countries constitutes the 18.7%.
