Socialist Freedom Party Update, November 27

November, what a good month for socialists! On the 7th of November, 1917, socialism saw its great victory in Russia.

Similarly, November has thus far proven a good month for socialists here. The SFP has seen an increase in membership to 51 members, the Bear Cavalry is making huge progress in redefining itself, and we managed to get a socialist into Congress.

On Congress:

After our partners for the past few months decided not to run us since we didn't support the last President, we were left scrambling to find another Party to run us.

Fortunately, our old friends in the Black Sheep Party gave us a shot, and through our combined efforts we got Captain Recks in at their number 9 spot! He'll be our sole representative for the November to December term, so if you've got any concerns or comments, get in touch with him!

On the Bear Cavalry:

Under the command of Shiloh13, Bear Cavalry has made this an immensely exciting month so far.

After a brief period of soul searching, the Party MU has come back to our roots as an organization purpose-built to throw off the yolk of imperialist occupation anywhere across the world.

This month the BC embarked on an adventure to e-Canada, at the time occupied by the e-UK. On the snow blown fields and in coniferous forests of e-Canada the Bear Cavalry participated in every Resistance War, even grabbing a few Battle Hero medals in the process. Today our comrades in e-Canada stand liberated!

What's Next?

Next up for the SFP is expansion. While the BC has regained its revolutionary edge, the Party must follow. To do so, we must expand our ranks. As such, the Recruiting Committee is being revamped and requires a new Director, anyone interested message a member of the Revolutionary Committee.

There's interest in continuing on with the Socialist Freedom Press. If interested, message a member of the Revolutionary Committee!

The November-December Revolutionary Committee:

Chairman: J.A. Lake
Deputy Chair: Ghost of Tom Joad
Phoenix Quinn
Dirty Scarlet Silverbeard
Waysted
Shiloh13
Captain Recks

Leftist Quote of the Day

Frederick Engels

"To my mind, the so-called ‘socialist society’ is not anything immutable. Like all other social formations, it should be conceived in a state of constant flux and change... To begin this reorganization tomorrow, but performing it gradually, seems to me quite feasible."
