Join the new world

For anybody reading this article who doesn’t know who I am my name is Bamber. I have been a former leader of the People’s Communist Party in the eUK x number of times and served in various other roles under the PCP as well.

Today I am happy to present an interview with the first Party President of the People’s Unity Party based in the eUK and a good friend Sir Rex.
1. Good evening Rex, I would just like to say thank you for taking part in this short interview. Let us start by you giving us a bit of information about yourself?

Hey comrade Bamber, no problem at all. If you don't know me then I am shocked that my boasting hasn't reached you yet. I am currently the Party President of the People's Unity Party in the eUK. However back in the day, I was the Founder and (several times) democratically-elected leader of the 2nd eComintern back in the day, the biggest eComintern to this day with over 20 countries heavily involved in its administration. During that time I was one of the politburo members that wrote the definitive manifesto for what was expected of every eSocialist in eRepublik (the eCommunist Manifesto).

I can go on for hours reminiscing about the major feats I have accomplished for eSocialism but you get the idea, I'm a cool dude 😉

2. Do you have any favourite memories of your time playing erepublik?

I think I just gave that away haha.

3. You have made history by being the first PP of the People's Unity Party. Can you explain more about PUP an dhow the party came to be.

Sure, The People's Unity Party is the product of a merger of the strongest party in the eUK (in terms of numbers, The Unity Party) and the most influential/active party in the eUK (People’s Communist Party). We each wanted what the other had, whilst holding the same basic ideals of egalite, liberte, fraternite, and so a giant was born. I am so excited to be a part of the new chapter of leftist history in the eUK.

4. What is your RL ideology, if you say you sell the socialist worker I will be ending this interview.

Haha, no I hate those guys. I have always been Orwellian in the sense that we must critique all aspects of society because it is all based around forcing a perspective on you that is pro-status quo. This idea of critiquing everything is a rabbit hole that I am currently in the pro-Stalin/NK phase of.

5. You have a big interest in the work of the Ministry of Home Affiars and have served as MoHa under a number of CPs, can you tell us more about your work as MoHA?

I am a terrible MoHa, but I am the best in the business in the eUK. It's my way or the highway, you either let me prove that eSocialism is the only way of boosting activity or I call you a part of the system that is undermining our country.

I work hard because I am passionate about rejuvenating the community, but I have seen too many CPs put me as their MoHA (to show they care about activity) and then prioritise MoFa.

6. Moving onto a more national question, what would you consider the main problems facing the eUK community (apart from Wayne).

I don't think Wayne is the problem, although I love to think so. I think it is the incompetency of past opposition to people like Wayne. These people were riding a high off of the backs of the active majority, which obviously lowers the activity rate. These leaders would become CPs off of the work of people who didn't get anything in return for their loyalty and activity. These liberal-minded people blamed people like Wayne, but he was only a scape goat for their failure to encourage the masses into taking administrative positions within parties and governments.

7. What are you or your party, doing to resolve this problem?

Unfortunately I cannot undo the past, otherwise I wish I could give the majority their voice back but they disappeared years ago. The only remedy is to acknowledge the faults of the past and try to introduce recruitment and retainment techniques that are based around encouraging activity, which will then be used to fill our empty government/party positions with people who finally deserve the chance.

I don't expect I will make many friends with this idea, but at this point I am more interested in the future.

8. Do you have any plans for the eUK and what are they?

Whilst I am the PP of PUP I will prioritise this position over the sake of the country. I won't converse with eUK citizens unless they are PUP members because activity in PUP outranks the needs of the rest of the country. For me anyway.

9. Do you have a final message for our members reading this?

I have always been a fan of the SFP since I met Captain Rex back in the day. You guys are holding the torch of the entire eSocialist world within your grasp, and I am impressed by how brightly it is shining.
