Plan for Recruitment and Coaching

Here you can read up about the new plans for Recruitment and Coaching.
The plan is that every new citizens will get a chance to get coached properly and that they know to who they have to direct there questions.
We also are preparing the start of a new babyboom. In the near future we will need your help with this, so please subscribe to this newsletter. If you got any suggestions as where we should promote our messages then please contact us! Also we are investing a lot of time and effort in the long-term maintenance of the ministry of R&C. By writing several procedures and a manual for the R&C, we will make the minstery less vulnerably to changes, and easier to manage.


1. Coaching

a.The first thing we'll do is appoint a head coach.
We hope to get the coaching part active. All training companies must have appointed 1 coach.

b. Articles about coaching
I would like to make a weekly article with all the tutorials in it. This way new people can read up on it most of the time.
Most articles need some updating and editing. I hope to get most articles done in this month. We need a French speaking person who is willing to translate the articles and is active.

2. Recruitment

Our biggest part of the recruitment is getting people known to Erepublik. We'd like to get more visibility to Erepublik on sites and other things. For this we need to write messages on why to join Erepublik and we need it in two languages: Dutch and French. Also we'd need to collect as many sites as possible to get the visibility. If you guys know any site where Erepublik isn't promoted yet then please contact us.
To know what kind of people are attracted to Erepublik we'd like to make a survey. In this survey there will be questions like: Why did you join Erepublik, and what are your interests. We hope that as many people will fill in this survey so that we know where we can focus our attentions on.

A. We'll start by making a survey to see why people have joined Erepublik and what there interests are. So we can make focus our attention to these people
B .Making a message why to play Erepublik in French and Dutch. We need a Belgian person who speaks French and who can help us gather sites where we can advertise on.
C. Searching sites on where you could advertise and give them the message why to join Erepublik.
D. Making top priority sites and making this known to the citizens of eUNL. We need everybody's help if we want to make an babyboom
E. Start a ´invite friends campaign´



As you have already read we are searching for:
- A head coach.
- A French speaking person. This person has to translate the articles from English to French. He also needs to help us collect sites from the Belgian media where we could advertise for erepublik.

As you see we still got a big task ahead of us. Our biggest attention go out to creating a babyboom and to reform this ministry. Keep an eye on the media, cause we will need your help the upcoming days!
