Espacio publicitario - Apertura de postulaciones parlamentarias / Opening of parliamentarian nominations

Antes que nada deseo agradecer a las personas que me apoyaron en la postulación a la presidencia del Partido del Pueblo Cubano y a los que me eligieron para dicha posición de liderazgo (que no de estatus). Mi compromiso, como ya he dicho, es fortalecerlo como la primera fuerza social y política de Cuba para así convertirse en un referente de la política cubana que nos permita llevar a cabo las reformas para el desarrollo político, económico y social del país.

Con lo anterior dicho, procedo a informar a los militantes sobre las acciones llevadas a cabo durante las primeras horas y las que se van a desarrollar:

First of all I want to thank the people who supported me in the nomination for president of the Cuban People's Party and those who elected me in this position of leadership (not in status). My commitment, as I said, is to strengthen it as the first social and political force in Cuba in order to become a leader of the Cuban policy that allows us to carry out reforms to the political, economic and social development of this country.

With the above said, I proceed to inform to the members about the actions undertaken during the first hours and the ones that will be develope😛


+ Oficialmente abro el periodo de postulaciones de miembros del partido de cara a las elecciones parlamentarias a celebrarse dentro de una semana. En la actualidad tenemos 7 candidatos postulados, pero el objetivo es presentar una lista parlamentaria con, mínimo, 16 candidatos, buscando obtener la mayoría en el Congreso. Para postularse, no olviden dirigirse a la página del partido y postularse como candidato en la sección del Congreso. Si tienen alguna propuesta que agregar a su postulación, no olviden agregarla (tal como se ve en la imagen). El "cierre" de las postulaciones se hará hacia el final del día 18 con el fin de iniciar las votaciones primarias el día 19. Los militantes que se postulen como candidatos después de la fecha límite de postulaciones, no serán tomados en cuenta como opciones en dicha votación y, por ende, su posición en la lista electoral permanecera inalterable.

+ En estos momentos me encuentro en el armado de la Mesa Ejecutiva del Partido (por supuesto, de acuerdo a los estatutos aprobados, me hare cargo de todas las funciones de los cargos no designados hasta hacer los nombramientos). Por lo pronto, un cargo confirmado hasta la fecha es la Vicepresidencia, que queda a cargo del camarada Dhoo, si bien estará algo ausente por lo que yo me apersonare de las funciones que le corresponden a él por los estatutos. La razón de mi decisión se basa en la responsabilidad para con el partido: la misma plataforma de eRepublik lo designa a Dhoo como mi reemplazante en el cargo en el caso que haya una falta absoluta de mi parte (renuncia o e-muerte), por lo que considero apropiado que este se encuentre informado de los acontecimientos y las acciones tomadas. Otro cargo confirmado es el de Vocero, que quedará a cargo del camarada Porkytheunique, la cual se encargará de publicar en su periódico los artículos del partido, tanto en español como en inglés (idioma en donde me ayudará como correctora de estilo).

+ Finalmente, iniciare el necesario debate ideológico del partido, a partir de la encuesta que al respecto hizo el camarada Vihesito, con el fin de zanjar de forma definitiva el asunto de los principios que guían a los miembros del Partido Ortodoxo.

+ Officially I open the nominations period of party members ahead of the parliamentary elections to be held within a week. Currently we have 7 candidates nominated, but the goal is to present a parliamentary list of 16 candidates, at least, seeking to obtain a majority in Congress. To apply, do not forget to go to the party page and postulate as candidate in the section of Congress. If you have any presentation to add to your application, do not forget to add it (as seen in the image). The "ending" of the applications will be towards the end of the day 18 to begin the primary votations in the day 19. Militants postulated as candidates after the deadline for applications, will not be taken into account as options in that votation and, therefore, its position on the electoral list will remain unchanged.

+ In this moment I am in the setup of the Executive Bureau of the Party (of course, according to the statutes approved, I'll take care of all functions not designated). For now, an office confirmed to date is the Vice President, who will be in charge of Comrade Dhoo, but he is something missing so I´ll take care of the functions assigned to him by statute. The reason for my decision is based on the liability to the party: the same platform in eRepublik designates Dhoo as my replacement in office in the event that there is an absolute failure on my part (resignation or e-death), for what I consider appropriate that he is informed of the events and actions taken in the party. Another office confirmed is the spokesperson that will be in charge of Comrade Porkytheunique, which will publish the party newspaper articles in both Spanish and English (this last language where he will help me as proofreader).

+ Finally, I'll begin the necessary ideological debate of the party, from the survey about Comrade Vihesito made in order to settle definitively the question of the principles that will guide the members of the Orthodox Party.

El movimiento ortodoxo no detendrá su marcha por el desarrollo y el bienestar de todo el pueblo cubano.

The Orthodox movement will not stop its march through the development and welfare of the Cuban people.
