The NHS is a scheme funded entirely by citizens from the eUK and around the eWorld. We supply up to 1,000 energy to all players under level 32 and in an eUK military unit on our spreadsheet. We also offer personal mentoring to every player that requires it.
We give half rations to the newest players on our spreadsheet for the first day so we don’t give food to new players who never log in again. Stick around and get full rations guys!
For us to continue supplying food to our new players we require donations from the generous public - that’s you! - donations of any amount are highly appreciated. The NHS is a non-profit organisation, ALL donations go towards supplying the eUK.
Send all money donations to Madelina
and all food donations to Rodney
We currently have 34 members signed up to the NHS and they are receiving on average 1253 Q5 food between them every day. This, at the current price of Q5 food costs us 413cc per day.
If you’re under level 32 and are in a UK military unit, click this link to become a member of the NHS: http://tinyurl.com/NHS-eUK

imo, new players don't need food in the first place, because giving them food will make them fight more and cause them staying in higher division with such weak str.
This is actually a good point; how should we change the NHS to suit the current module's needs? I think training ground loans would be too expensive but I can't think of much else we could offer
Luke, that's a good point, we could educate the players not to fight until they have a higher strength, but that's all I can think of, Appleby's right i don't think we could afford TG loans
TG loans have been the province of the Bank of England, we have done some in the past but they add a lot of work to the NHS staff. We do mentor the newbs and recommend they do no more than DO until they graduate from the NHS.
One other point. NHS is independent from the government, so no matter what party affiliation, as long as the "patient" is in the eUK, we will support them.
since NHS has a ton load of food, how about give food when we face a real war. they need to ss how many kills they do and their dmg to get food from NHS.
we don't often face real wars so I think that method is better than plainly give new players 1k energy everyday. it'll fill their storage into full and they either fight to empty their storage or selling them in marketplace.
and you guys can be mentors for young players and give them some tips
I signed up when I got the welcome message from the president, it's good.
Don't donate to the NHS, they are swimming in cash and food as it is and don't spend all of what they receive anyways. It's also about time they stopped blindly throwing food at new players, which is not what they need and hasn't been for years
Should add I'm more than happy to be proven wrong, but it has been months since the NHS actually published accountable records of what it spends and takes in each month, and I really think peoples cash can be better spent in ways that don't involve chucking q2 food at people
Wayne is swimming in cash after you gave the dictatorship to him.
I can certainly say that the NHS has less money than the amount which was lost due to your actions.
Ad hominem attack, unrelated to the point I was making. Who I am or what I did does not make the points I am making incorrect.
So you gonna address the point I made or just attack me?

Sure, but I don't think you should be going on about who's swimming in cash or not. Seeing as your actions have put the eUK out of pocket.
I'm certainly not denying that the NHS isn't swimming in money. I know that for a fact.
Much like your running of the NHS, my eUK was a donation based nation, unlike you FaP, I decided to give the cash back to the donaters.
I don't run the NHS, so I don't know how much money/food we have in total, but it does all get spent on new players. We don't just throw food at players, we offer guidance to them as well to keep retention high.
I'm currently working on an article about an NHS-related scheme Madelina asked me to work on that will reward players for completing tasks.
FaP your logic doesn't make sense. The eUK govt and the NHS are entirely seperate bodies, as sucessive NHS leaders have been at great pain to explain- and the NHS did not lose any money due to Wayne's theft.
What I am challenging is that the NHS seems to continually plead for more money, despite tens of thousands having been raised and donated in the past, and a small expenditure. There has been zero accountability from the NHS since alan left the game, with no published information about who is donating and where that cash is going.
Now I'll try again, are you actually going to address those points or just make yourself look like a fool?
I just agreed with you Adastros. They are swimming in money, there's no accountability, I agree. Do you not read my comments?
Adastros, you were in government when I gave every member access to the spreadsheet. They can see who is getting food and who has donated to the NHS. If you failed to read the detailed report I gave to Congress or to access the sheet, that is your failing, not the NHS'.
This may seem an odd question but what's the best strategy once you've maxed out the training grounds and got the 90% off training contract?
Right now we have a decent amount of goods and cash - but that is not always the case. Right now new players aren't apparently coming to the eUK - and we're hoping that will change. But we do have enough "patients" that we are cycling the funds and goods at a fair clip.
A big problem is due to game mechanics - we can't have a separate, designated storage for the NHS, so we have to hold the money and goods in the accounts of the Directors. If needed to show that records are kept, I could create a series of gDoc spreadsheets and download the two-plus years of extremely detailed data I have on a spreadsheet, which tracks every NHS item that I've taken in or given out, or sent to our "lunch ladies" for them to give out to "patients", also every item I've bought for the NHS by quantity and price, etc. Because of gDoc limitations, it would probably take six or seven documents. I'm not sure it's worth the effort to convince one or two people who should have long ago known better than to think the NHS was anything but impartial and totally scrupulous.
When did you change your name, Adastros? I think I like this new name of yours better....
