PS: This report might be not completely objective, but I was (and still am) pretty upset about how things are going in congress...

Description: Plans to join Nebula are outdated, and now we should decide what to do.
Debate: People agree that joining Nebula isn't going to happen.

Moving Gold/NLG + Taxes
Description: The taxes were lowered due to Italian occupation. Djirtsdew wants to increase them again.
Debate: Due to an eRepublik bug ElGorro can't change the food tax back.
Outcome: Still waiting for eRepublik support.

Chairman of Congress August 2015
Description: We must choose a new Chairman of Congress for the new term.
Debate: Odan and Fheamita applied.
Outcome: Vote started.

Budget August 2015
Description: Tonie shows the budget of August 2015
Debate: Tonie showed the finances. Odan corrected them. Even here people manage to start mud-throwing... Trannsvaal askes some questions about calculations. More discussion about finances.
Outcome: Corrected finances, and an informed congress (I hope?).

Debate: Tonie112 despises the way Elgorro and Odan handle the forum administration of the new government, and calls them obstructive. Odan says that there was contact with the CP, Elgorro confirms Odans statement. People attack each others statements. Government is posted and debate is over...
