Hello Belgium!
Just a quick message, asking all Belgians politely if they can participate in this opinion poll, the MoHA has designed. It won’t take too long, and it’s here for you to view your concerns and opinions on certain issue this Government will be dealing with it.

We want to make sure we’re making the right decisions and focusing on the issues that the Belgian people want to see dealt with. However, please do not use insults, and try to be constructive. If you are disappointed by certain things, please mention them in detail and explain why.

This is a great initiative. (:
Rating from 1 to 10 may be confusing.
To me, a "normal rate" (not bad nor good) is 5, taking a mathematical average between 1 and 10 (should be 5,5 to be precise).
To somebody else, in a more "scholar point of view", a "normal rate" may be 7.
With these different standards, a 6 is good to me, and a 6 is not so good to another one.
Jeiry: What I had in mind is a more scaled approach. Meaning for instance question 2:
- 0 - 2 They were harmful too the country.
- 3 - 4 They did not fulfill their roles* or only partially.
- 5 They did fulfill their roles*, nothing more.
- 6 - 7 They fulfilled their roles and slightly improved eBelgium in its executive branch.
- 8 - 9 They fulfilled their roles and remarkably improved eBelgium in its executive branch.
- 10 We could not expect a better term.
With * meaning that they carried on the work made by their predecessors.
Nevertheless, thank you for your review, it is true it can be subject to a diversity of interpretations.
I will keep it in mind for the next polls (if the citizens are wanting us to make more of them in a near future).
