Dear citizens of the eNetherlands,

It has been several months since the Community Media Project was inroduced by the government of the eNetherlands. The current government would like to remind the citizens of the eNetherlands that this program is still running. However, there have been slight changes to the program which involve the reward system. Because of these changes we will explain the rules of this program in this article once more.



Every qualitative article that is published during this term will be monitored by the government. At the end of the month (31st november, 1 December) the government will choose the best articles written this month and reward the top 3 authors with a prize. We would like to give everyone the chance to donate money to make the prize bigger. How to do this? Donate your money or other stuff to Shawtyl0w.

Who will be the winner? The best article will be chosen by a jury selected from the government. There are a few rules.
- It has to be a qualitative article, no spam.
- Government articles are excluded.
- CP Candidacy articles are excluded.

Government members are allowed to compete with personal articles. The government will select the 3 best articles at the end of the month, and the jury who chooses the best article will consists of every government member who didn't write a top 3 article.
