[복지부/MoH] 8월의 복지부 마무리 및 9월의 복지부 시작. Wrap Up of August and Start of September

지난 8월 5일부터 복지부를 위해서 지원해주신 명단입니다.

이번에는 특별히 전세계의 친구들로부터도 많은지원이 있었습니다.

모두 감사드립니다.

별거안되는 능력으로 한달동안 복지부를 맡았습니다.

실수도있었고, 재미난 이벤트도 있었고... 이리퍼생활하면서 이번 한달처럼 고생하면서도 재밌었던 달은 없었습니다.

더불어 저와 같이 고생하신 pirate666(Kdin), Linen(linil), Jinho Hyun(진호), Leonard.Gim(의문의태림), COWON(COWON)님에게 진심으로 감사드립니다.

저의 부족했던 능력으로 힘들줄알았던 복지부 임기를 여러 차관님들과 많은 시민들 덕분에 큰 사태없이 마무리 할 수가 있었습니다.

다시한번 여러분에게 감사드립니다.

어쩌다보니 이번에도 복지부 장관직을 맡게되었네요.;;;

결국 저는 빵뿌리다가 이리퍼생활을 끝낼기세 인듯합니다.

그래도 이번에는 많은 직원분들이 계시니 한층 편한 업무를 보게될꺼같습니다.

이번 9월 복지부를 하실 분들을 소개드리겠습니다.

그리고 앞으로의 복지부 운영을 설명드리겠습니다.

먼저 카페의 배급방식은 그대로 이어나가겠습니다.(별다른 문제점이 없었음)

그러니 신문으로의 배급은 차관분들에게 극악의 업무과중을 밀어버리는 결과를 낳았습니다.

예전의 적은 인구에서는 신문배급이 전달이 빠르고 좋았지만 인구가 많아지고 배급량이 늘어나면서 "지옥"의 복지부라는 소리를 듣게되었습니다.

그래서 앞으로는

1) 신문배급제가 아닌, 배급 신청제로 가겠습니다

설문조사식으로 금요일이나 토요일에 제가 신문을 올리면 제가올린 신청란에 참여하셔서 등록신청을 하시면 복지부 측에서 명부를 작성하여 각 보급팀에게 명단을 배포. 그후 음식을 배급하는 식의 시스템을 구축하겠습니다.

2) 신문과 빵배급은 주1회로 축소하겠습니다. 대신 지원량의 숫자를 늘려 적은 업무로도 많은 량의 빵을 배급할수 있게끔 하겠습니다.

그리고 주1회 신문을 올려서 추가적으로 늘어나는 뉴비분들을 신청받아서 배급하도록 하겠습니다.

3) 복지부 신문에 올리는 유저들은 감찰부를 거쳐서 명단을 작성하도록 하겠습니다.

멀티로 빵받는 유저들이 많아져서 아예 복지부를 없애버릴까. 하는 생각도 하였습니다.

앞으로 멀티캐릭터로 빵을 중복배급신청할시에 블랙리스트를 작성하여 그분에게 빵배급이 가지 않도록 하겠습니다.

이미 몇몇분이 블랙리스트에 올라가셨으니 양심의 가책이 조금이라도 남아계신분이시라면 조용히 저에게 쪽지를 남겨주시면 이번에는 넘어가드리겠습니다.

그러나 다시한번 그딴짓을 할시에는 제가 이리퍼하는동안은 복지부에서 빵을 받으실수 없으실껍니다.



저는 이나라의 복지수준을 세계최고로 끌어올리도록 노력하겠습니다.

그러나 저의 노력보다는 대한민국의 모든 사람들이 힘을 합쳤을때 가능합니다.

그런의미에서...


다시한번 잘부탁 드리겠습니다!!!

The following is the list of donators to the Ministry of Health starting from August 5th.

This time there has been much support from many friends around the world.

I thank everyone for their contribution.

I have taken care of the MoH during the past month with my limited abilities.

There have been mistakes, and fun events..... There hasn't been this hard and fun month in my Erepublik life.

I would like to thank pirate666(Kdin), Linen(linil), Jinho Hyun(진호), Leonard.Gim(의문의태림), and COWON(COWON) for going through this with me.

With the help of vice ministers and citizens, I have been able to complete my duties without much incidents.

I would like to thank everyone once again.

I managed to become the Minister of Health once again for some reason. ;;;

It seems like I'll be finishing my Erepublik life dropping bread from helicopters at this rate.

Again with lots of helpers it seems I'll be having a better administration.


Big Size.

Allow me to explain the future administration of the MoH.

I will continue the use of the Naver cafe for distribution.

But the use of newspapers has contributed to the harsh workload of the vice ministers and delays in distributions.

While it was possible to use newspapers for a small population, the recent baby booms have made the MoH a "hell" to work in.

Therefore

1) Instead of newpapers, we shall be accepting applications.

- I will be posting polls on Fridays or Saturdays, and after gathering the results, we shall be sending out lists to each distribution teams.

2) Each poll will be posted once a week.

3) An audit team will eview applications before being added to the list.

There has been some players who have received food using multis. Any such players will be added to a blacklist and receive no separate distribution.

There are already several on the blacklist, but those who come forth with it and send me a PM privately will be granted amnesty once. But if such activities are done again, I'll make sure those people do not receive anything during my terms.

I will work to make this country have the best welfare.

But this is possible only when everyone in eKorea gather their strengths.

With this in mind....
