[MoFA] Renewal of NAP eChile - eNew Zealand

Time has flown just over a month ago the previous government approached eChile to negotiate a Non Agression Pact and return of 2 regions. After some talks a NAP agreement was agreed upon and signed, followed by the return of Canterbury and Wellington.

Today after some talks with the current eChilean government the NAP has been renewed with a few changes. This is due to the determination bonus that Admin brought into the game not so long ago. This should not impact on your elife much except when exchanges are being made. Which shouldn't be before the next congress elections.



Here is the New NAP:

NAP Agreement Between eChile and eNew Zealand

The two nations of eChile and eNew Zealand on this day 2277 agree to a Non-Agression Pact between each other. This is to be renewed every 30 days by agreement of both nations governments.

The pact will take the form of:

1. The two regions held by eChile namely Auckland and Otago will be retained. Due to the rise of determination bonus these two regions may be exchanged for Canterbury and Wellington at eChiles discretion.
2. No direct agression between eChile and eNew Zealand will be started by either nation.
3. No Natural Enemy law will be started by either nation against the other, and if one is started by a rogue congressman it will be voted down. The only exception being the swap of regions.
4. If a resistance war is started in Auckland or Otago (or whichever 2 regions they hold), they will only be used for True Patriot medals by eNew Zealand citizens and no hard fighting or attempt to take the region back will be made by eNew Zealand.

Serbia will sign as guarantor of eNew Zealand keeping to the agreement and not acting aggressive towards eChile via Natural Enemy, or attempts to resistance war the regions that are agreed to be held by eChile.

Croatia will sign as guarantor of eChile keeping to the agreement and not acting aggressive towards eNew Zealand via Natural Enemy.
