[MoFA-PL] Agreement between eFrance, eSerbia and ePoland [EN/PL]

Welcome in a new edition of Ministry Of Foreign Affairs' newspaper. Today we will introduce the treaty between ePoland, eFrance, eSerbia and eUK plus the explanation for Polish readers.

Agreement between eFrance, eUK, eSerbia and ePoland.

- French representative: Jessica Binai, President of eFrance
- Polish representative: Sir Marvin, President of ePoland
- Serbian representative: Nikol000, MoFa of eSerbia
- eUK representative: WayneKerr, MoFA of eUK

1. ePoland will release 3 occupied region: Paris Isle of France, Upper Normandy, Picardy.

2. ePoland will hold 14 regions: Alsace, Auvergne, Brittany, Burgundy, Champagne Ardenne, Franche-comte, Limousin, Loire Valley, Lorriane, Lower Normandy, North Calais, Pays de la Loire, Poitu Charents, Rhone Alps. These regions will not be given up at any moment to any other country.

3. eSerbia will hold 5 regions: Aquitaine, Corsica, Languedoc Rousillon, Midi-Pyrenees, Provence Alpes Azur. These regions will not be given up at any moment to any other country.

4. eFrance will not start or support any resistance war in regions mentioned in points 2 and 3.

5. If ePoland lose control over one of regions from point 2:
- eFrance will NE ePoland on request of ePoland,
- when all regions from point 2 are in control of ePoland a peace treaty will be signed and NE will be closed,
- all regions from point 1 (if are in control of ePoland) will be given back to eFrance.

6. If eSerbia lose control over one of regions from point 3:
- eFrance will NE eSerbia on request of eSerbia,
- when all regions from point 3 are in control of eSerbia NE will be closed.

7. This agreement starts with the date of signing and will be renewed every 26th of month at 12:00 eRepublik time automatically, if parties will not agree otherwise.

8. eFrance will pay the nation of ePoland the lease price of the province ofthe 3 mentioned regions, at a cost of 40000 cc in the begining of each monthly period + a one time payment for the first month of 20000 cc.

Both of eFrance and eUK agree on Non Aggression Pact regarding the fact eFrance will get a border with the UK once the treaty is setted.


This treaty will come into immediate effect when the following 2 conditions have been met:
- Country Presidents mentioned above agree with this proposal,
- Sides have published this treaty in the official state newspaper of their countries.

- eSerbię reprezentuje: Nikol000, Minister Spraw Zagranicznych eSerbi.

1. ePolska odda 3 okupowane regiony: Paris Isle of France, Upper Normandy, Picardy.

2. ePolska zatrzyma 14 regionów: Alsace, Auvergne, Brittany, Burgundy, Champagne Ardenne, Franche-comte, Limousin, Loire Valley, Lorriane, Lower Normandy, North Calais, Pays de la Loire, Poitu Charents, Rhone Alps. Regiony te nie zostaną oddane żadnemu innemu krajowi.

3. eSerbia zatrzyma 5 regionów: Aquitaine, Corsica, Languedoc Rousillon, Midi-Pyrenees, Provence Alpes Azur. Regiony te nie zostaną oddane żadnemu innemu krajowi.

4. eFrancja nie będzie inicjować, ani wspierać powstań w regionach wymienionych w punktach 2 i 3.

5. Jeśli ePolska straci kontrolę nad którymś z regionów wymienionych w punkcie 2:
- eFrancja wystawi NE na ePolskę na prośbę ePolski
- gdy wszystkie regiony z punktu 2 znajdą się pod polską kontrolą, traktat pokojowy zostanie podpisany, a wojna zostanie zamknięta,
- wszystkie regiony z punktu 1 (jeżeli znajdą się pod polską kontrolą) zostaną oddane Francji.

6. Jeśli eSerbia straci kontrolę nad którymś z regionów wymienionych w punkcie 3:
- eFrancja wystawi NE na eSerbię na prośbę eSerbii,
- gdy wszystkie regiony z punktu 3 będą pod serbską kontrolą, traktat pokojowy zostanie podpisany, a wojna zostanie zamknięta.

7. Porozumienie wchodzi w życie z dniem podpisania i będzie odnawiane automatycznie 26 dnia każdego miesiąca o godzinie 12:00 czasu eRepublik, chyba, że strony postanowią inaczej.

8. eFrancja będzie płaciła ePolsce kwotę dzierżawy za regiony z punktu 1 w wysokości
40000 cc na początku każdego miesięcznego okresu + jednorazowa wpłata za pierwszy miesiąć w wysokości 20000 cc.

Oba państwa eFrancja i eUK zawiązują pakt o nieagresji w chwili powstania wspólnej granicy po zrealizowaniu założeń traktatu.

Ten traktat wchodzi w życie w momencie spełnienia 2 następujących warunków:
- Prezydenci wymienieni powyżej zgodzą się na warunki przedstawione w traktacie,
- Strony opublikują porozumienie w oficjalnych gazetach rządowych w swoich państwach.
