Welcome to the new Ministry of Entertainment - or MoEnt to our friends. And everyone is our friend.

Obviously, everyone is terribly busy at the moment, what with all that fighting off ~~Canadians~~ Brazilians, Portuguese-ians and Frenchians (“fighting off Brazilians! Arf!). However, there’s always time for a little light-hearted comedy, especially when it’s linked shamelessly to competition prizes.

So, without further ado, let’s get on with it.

Jokes competition!
At times of war, everyone could do with cheering up a bit. And what better way of making the masses smile than with a good joke or two?

So, here’s a competition. Send us your very best jokes, based on the theme that’ll be dramatically announced in a couple of moments. You’ve got three days - the competition will close at 7pm UK time on Wednesday (or 11am on day 2,563, if you prefer).

A specially selected, secret and unbribeable panel of judges will then pick the best three, and the top three will receive a prize! The prize will probably be some weapons, or food, or maybe even gold - it depends on what we can scrape together.

And the theme of the joke competition is … drumroll … Brazil, Portugal, France Can you see what we did there?
