[MoD] Weekly Supplies Provided by the State MU
Ministerie van Defensie
Dear citizens of the Netherlands,
Proudly I can say that the weekly supplies have been reintroduced within out State MU, the Dutch Armed Forces. For a very long time the weekly supply program has been shut down because of a lack of interest from A. the government and B. people who are willing to run the program. This week I will start the program again.
How does the supply program work?
The MU commander of 2nd commanders will post a link with the weekly supply package every Wednesday(intention). This link will guide the soldiers of DAF to a form that has to be filled out by you, the soldiers.
We ask of you the following things:
Nickname: "Shawtyl0w"
Profile link: "http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/6431853"
Division and Strength: "Division 3 >60k Strength"
Kills this week: "options: >175, >350, >700"
Please note the soldiers in D1, D2 and D3 will never gain from doing 700+ kills. D4 players will start receiving weapons for doing 350 or 700 kills a week (this might change for D4 to 175 and 700).
Kills a week:
The option 700+ kills is made for D4 fighters alone. We do not encourage you to start fighting more than you already are. We do this simply to keep your experience low and strength as high as possible. For D4 players things change as we encourage you to fight more as this will not only benefit the Netherlands but also the players.
For more details please visit our forum.
If you have any questions regarding the weekly supplies please do ask.
Minister of Defense, Shawtyl0w

To prevent confusion, this weekly supply package will only be handed out to soldiers who are a member of the Dutch Armed Forces, not to soldiers who are a member of a private MU.
also people that are blacklisted are naturally excluded 😉
Because?
Because they tried to screw the country over, is that reason enough for you?
Why?
1. The Blacklist is a list of Citizens of the eNetherlands ...... nor are they to request or be given supplies from the Dutch armed forces.
I know, I replied to Shaw, not to you
I guess you are referring to only DAF soldiers? Well thats because this isn't a private project, communes are owned by the government which is why the soldiers fighting for the State MU who is fighting for the government will receive these supplies. You can argue that other MUs are doing yhe same but simply aren't official state MUs. You might be right there but at this moment in time we will not supply them with this program. If you wish to see this changed you can make your case in congress I guess 🙂
Oké thx for your explanation Shaw I understand but do not agree with you. Just imagine that irl you only get $200,- when you are in a party like PvdA, but not when you are D66. Got it?
So a player that's blacklisted for some political issue will be excluded from supplies as a soldier. Just another issue that can be added to the fact forum is to a large extend disconnected from the game. How on earth can you apply the same punishments to all reasons for blacklisting. Apart from the fact most reasons are political.
IF a player should be excluded from supplies it should be because he did do military actions against our country in such a way it was clearly harmful, not because he wasn't liked by congress for something he said. The actions of Fhaemita in the previous Resource Wars come close but are the only potential example I can recall.
And If I were in command a player that did do so would be kicked out of DAF and wouldn't be eligible to receive them in the first place.
One can be a very valuable asset in game despite the fact a forum majority doesn't like you on a certain aspect or choice. So in stead of applying a rule blindly again it would be more wise to make rules more realistic. Or leave it up to common sense...
@weekstrom:
well people can also be blacklisted for a military reason.... and that particular rule was also in effect during the previous time the weekly supplies were handed out. and it's not like there are a hundred people on the blacklist. currently only 8. and only 3 of them are still playing the game. and only 2 are in daf.
and kicking people out of daf? yeah you can keep kicking them every 3(?) days, but they can always rejoin since you cannot put them on a banned list in the mu options. with the exception of the mu chatroom.
@AI:
Well that example doesn't really work. let's take for example an american example, are we supplying only the official army or also supplying every little militia group there is.
Haha @AI, What about dutch soldiers and mercenaries? Gov pays the soldiers a salary but simply hires the mercs for a fee.
As for the blacklist issue, fair points Week, I've been struggeling myself regarding the topic. When someone is blacklisted he is someway excluded from our community but if he/she fights for us still contributes. You can rewards the contribution but you can also argue exclusion also involves that he/she isn't eligable to receive any goods from our country including tg loans, supplies etc. I believe the blacklist law as odan comented here prevents them from receiving supplies. So again if you wish to change this, go through congress 🙂
Very good Shaw!!! One more remark, why not on Monday? Then your kills are similar to the weekly challenge. Easy to find and trace.
Erep week doesn't end on monday
I take it you need to supply the number off kills from the weekly challenge. Hard to check otherwise. It does not make a lot of difference if you state that on Wednesday or a day earlier I'd say.
Good to see its back!
I'm working on my X/S, so don't really need guns atm. 😛
you need it. i'd say stop fighting completely for a year or 6 and you should be good. 😛
You need help upgrading your TGs? I'm helping new citizens with some financial help 😛
TG's are complete, but could use some help with a training contract. 🙂
As a D2 soldier i feel discriminated against 😛 But good work Shawtyl0w
Sorry Auggy, I must protect the D1 and D2 players from fighting to much just to get some tanks. They can still win many BH gold and get rich if they get strong.
Mijn gezondheidsproblemen hebben zich opgestapeld. Ik moet verder wat rustiger aan.
