[MoD] Information and Battle Orders day 2,516

Hello fellow citizens of eJapan!

First of all sorry for this article being a bit late. When I was going to release it earlier today, the maintenance got in my way and afterwards a bug made it impossible to enter the newspaper on both my personal account and this org...
So, anyway! As a summary of the past week or so, the MoD-team has done the following:
-Organize ourselves and figure out what needs to be prioritized
-Begin organizing the MU-commanders so orders and information will be available more quickly
-Get access to a org for the MoD to manage daily articles, supply distro's and store funds for the MoD to finance, supplies, RW's and CO's.
