ohai Germark,

given the high determination in Syddanmark, it was impossible to hold this region in the previous RW. As Sjaelland has a similar high determination (which needs to be reduced by the congress elections), we're also liberating that region. It's the last region we're liberating for now.
Additionally, Germany will start re-"conquering" our regions in the next few days. As long as the PTO threat persists, we can't have congressional elections; the PTO danger is way too high and we can't risk a hostile congress.
