Now is the time of the year in which we give credit to the hard working citizens of eJapan. Citizens who worked to maintain, improve, and protect our eJapanese community and culture. I got to say that it was hard year, there were many ups and downs. In the past this event was organized by DankChronic, this year is the first time organized by someone other than him. So off we go, lets nominate hardworking citizen in each of these categories.

Categories for this year are:
Country President of the Year
Minister of Defense of the Year
Congressman of the Year
Citizen of the Year
Minister of Culture & Hisotry of the Year
Newspaper of the Year
Artist of the Year
Troll of the Year

Rules:
1) Only citizens of eJapan may take part in Cultural Awards.
2) Each citizen may nominate only one person for each category.
3) Campaigning nominations is allowed.
4) Nominations will begin once this article is released, and will end eDay 2,566 00:00 eTime. Voting article will begin on eDay 2,566 and will end on 2,569 00:00 eTime.
5) Only post nominations and votes in the national forums, or you can private message the Minister of culture & History your nomination and vote. Please do not vote or nominate in the comment section.
6) The Minister of Culture and History reserves the right to change these rules at any time. The MoCH also reserves the right to disqualify nominations if rules are broken or if any questionable matters arise.
