[MoC] Epic Warfare Tank Stimulus

Greetings fighters of Ireland. In order to assist those fighting in the epic tournament I'll be giving out Q7 tanks to those in need.

I'll be starting with 200 Q7 tanks, which will be split between all Irish citizens who request in the comments below. So if 10 fighters request tanks, then each gets 20 tanks.

TWO DAYS - TWO GIVEAWAYS

In order to issue the tanks soon enough to have an impact on our nation's standings, I will issue the first 200 tanks once 24 hours passes after the article is published. Another 200 tanks will be issued to fighters who commented after the first 24 hours, and will be issued after article expiration.
